Eyre Highway roadhouse provides parking for caravan/motor homes and has motel rooms. Restaurant is available for evening meals and one can also get snacks during the day. One of the Nullarbor Link's golf holes is situated between the roadhouse and the highway.Par 3 - Have a go

We stopped in for breakfast after an early start heading east. Toasted sandwiches made to order – even one for the teenager who insisted on having a toasted sandwich with baked beans… Quite reasonable. They have an issue with mobile phones not working well in the roadhouse area due to the location of the phone tower, so make your calls... More

For over 2,5 years I am travelling around the world by bicycle and I stayed in many guesthouses, hostels, hotels and in my tent. My need for luxury is quite low. on this day, after a tough ride, I came from Cocklebiddy Roadhouse and stayed for two nights in a big room. clean, TV, fridge, kettle, aircon, bathroom. the fly... When you are travelling across the Nullabor Plain, there's not much choice and often where you stay depends on the time of day when you get there. This was the case when we drove into the Madura Roadhouse. But if you've got time, my advice is keep driving. When you pull in the place looks like army barracks and there... More

We were pleasantly surprised after the desert to come to this lovely little spot, nestled amongst the trees! We stayed in the rooms in A block and I would highly recommend this as I note they have a noisy generator WHICH CAN NOT BE HEARD from here. It is clean, the staff are really friendly and Jeffery their maintenance man... More

Situated at the lower escarpment from border town heading west this is a great roadhouse with accom and food. The view from the lookout on top of the escarpment is wonderful. I would recommend this as a better alternative to border village as has that wild feel and a easier drive heading west east to stop. The night sky is... More

Thank you to the owners of this roadhouse, we were in a rough spot and they helped out when no others would. If you are reading this Warren Day says thank you. Prices are reasonable for the Nullabor and service is very friendly.

We only stayed 1 night. The caravan park had great ammenities for the price. The iced cold beer in the bar was fantastic. There is a restaurant attached and the steak we had was perfect. Would highly recommend an overnight stay. Enjoy

This roadhouse has both motel and caravan park facilities. It is on the Eyre Hwy at Madura, 92 km east of Cocklebiddy. Bring your own firewood if you are camping. Madura, comprising a roadhouse, motel and caravan park on the Eyre Highway, lies midway between Adelaide and Perth on the Nullarbor Plain. It is remarkable, given the isolation of the... More
