We stayed for five nights with a group of ten, and could not have had a more perfect experience. Luca was extremely knowledgeable and helped us plan our days, the nearby towns were absolutely charming, and the food at the house was the best we had in our two week spin through Italy. The building and the grounds are lovingly... More

At Casa Migliaca there is only one thing that can disturb the silence, and that is the cicada's. We stayed 2 nights in "Barrels room". Direct accessible from the porch, and also accessible from the kitchen. The bathroom had the same size as a normal closet, that means that everything was wet after a shower. The advantage was, that we... More

We had the most wonderful 2 nights at Casa Migliaca with our 3 children. What a beautiful place! The rooms, service and surrounds were fantastic and the dinners were amazing. Most of the food we ate was grown on the property. We had good chats with Luca and Sebastiano and learnt all about the olive farming and production of olive... More

An out of the way old olive mill that was transformed into a country inn that has only a few rooms. Lucca, the son handles most of the operation although there isn't really much to do but take the passports and show you the room. This is a good thing. The area is beautiful and out of the way of... My sister-in-law and I stayed here recently, for a scant two nights - next time I will know to stay much longer! The house is over 400 years old, has been carefully modernized to provide amenities while keeping the charm of its original construction; we stayed in one of the ground-floor rooms, originally used for storing olive oil, with its... Not just a B&B, but a true home stay, where you enjoy the surrounds of a working olive & citrus orchard and each evening the guests dine with the Magliaca family, where a delicious four course meal is served and wine and aperitifs are included, all of which is sourced locally. The house is over 400 years old and has... More

We wanted to wander off the beaten coastal track for some real Sicilian country cooking and company. Casa Migliaca was exactly what we hoped it would be, but the surounding area was so much more beautiful than we expected. Stunning scenery. Lovely cottage. Fabulous food. Eclectic company. In a nutshell, as PduPL says: 'genuine warmth'. just go ahead and book.... More

My wife & I have stayed many times at Casa Migliaca. The situation is beautiful, the house charming and the food stunning but the feeling we always take away with us is the genuine warmth and friendship of the family. Thank you Luca, Teresa and Sebastiano for a wonderful time. We will be back!

We stayed here for 3 nights with half board. This was the best decision we made as our delicious, Sicilian meals were served at an ancient round stone table (the stone had been an olive press for hundreds of years) and we shared conversation with the owners and guests from around the world. The food was complemented by great local... More

Casa Migliaca is a beautiful, charming Bed & Breakfast run by Luca...with his parents, Teresa and Sebastiano. The most pleasant experience was sharing a great dinner around a large circular table with people from all over the world. The surroundings are meticulous, beautiful and breath-taking! Note: don't follow your GPS.
