The Jonathan Art Centre B and B is situated in a quiet and picturesque setting and is about a twenty minute drive from Hahndorf. We stayed in the twin room which was small and basic. There were no tea making facilities, refrigerator, hanging space or television within the room. The bathroom is off an adjacent corridor and the toilet is... More

We stay here on a regular basis, en masse, as we have family in the area. JAC is a peaceful, quiet & relaxing place to stay, & we just love it. Liz & Richard, as always are such accomodating hosts, with nothing too much trouble. The food is outstanding with Liz's brekkies a highlight for us all...the locals join us... More

Liz & Richard are the most welcoming hosts! We have stayed with them on a number of occasions & are never disappointed. The bedrooms are spotless with lovely decor & great attention to detail. The lounge & dining room are beautifully decorated with Liz's artwork & are warm & inviting. The breakfasts are to die for...Liz is an amazing cook... More

We easily found Jarramarrumba House. Set in 45 acres the views are beautiful. It is a restful yet inspiring place. Liz and Richard were superb hosts - nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very comfortable indeed. We were even provided with robes and slippers. Food was innovative - simply delicious. Art tuition was relaxed and easy to follow... More

We stayed one night, but we were so relaxed it felt as though we had been there for a few days! The hosts are extremely welcoming and accomodating and we instantly felt relaxed, happy and as though we were going to be looked after well. We stayed in the seperate "studio" room mostly just for a little extra privacy and... More

I had a wonderful stay. I did an art-weekend, painting and drawing. Liz is a good teacher. I really enjoyed drawing in such a nice environment. The house is situated in a beautiful landscape. The garden and fields are very beautiful and full of birds, butterflies and even an Aboriginal firetree. The food is great. Fresh, restaurant-quality, delicious! Liz and... More
