On arrival at the port waiting for us with a van driver. Check-in was fast. Sunset View Rooms are located directly on the beach a few steps from the sea. The whole area looks very comfortable as a beach resort. Rooms have one double bed and one single bed. Clean, air conditioned with a fridge and a nice terrace. Good... More

If you been to Bohol, Bantayan island likely will disappoint you except if you have relatives to visit or you need to buy a large volume of dried fish at the port. Much of the beach i have seen is at the east side (Sta Fe) and northward east coast. This review however is for Anika ... Resort Transfers: These... More

Anika resort is a very relaxing place to be in. The beach front is perfect. Every morning they clean the sea shore. The room is very comfy and the shower room is clean. The food is also tasty - we had most of our meals in Anika. We stayed at the garden view room for 2 nights.

Bad news if you look like a local. The service here seems to be specifically cater only to foreign nationals. They always look grumpy, but are very warm to caucasian guests. Since it was raining, so we asked the guard in front of our room for some umbrellas so we could walk to the restaurant area. He just pointed the... More

Having checked in at Anika Island Resort was such a great experience. We never really planned of checking in here at first but when we inquired via phone, a helpful and professional staff answered our queries and then we decided to book it. And to tell you, it was a hassle free booking over the phone. When we arrived, we... More

It’s hard to find a high-end beach resort at a good price in the Visayas. Anika delivered on every level and quickly became my No. 1 resort in Bantayan. Sunday Flower is still the best budget resort for the cost conscious, but for an extra 2k pesos you should definitely try Anika. It felt like we were staying at a... More

This is the best resort in Bantayan Island, no questions asked. I have checked all other resort in Bantayan and they can't match the beauty of Anika Island resort. We enjoyed our stay here. See my pictures and my detailed review of the hotel in my blogsite: http://hugsandhugsescapade.wordpress.com/2012/09/18/anika-island-resort/ Hope you enjoy your stay in Anika Island resort. :)

Stayed 27-30 March 2014. We love everything about the resort! Room is nice & cozy. Bathroom is a little small but clean. I hope the restaurant have more variety of food to offer non-locals. One can get quite sick of the limited menu if you are staying there long. The island is in the process of rehabilitation so there are... More

Stayed in the Garden View for 2 nights. Room was nice but other stuff was broken like the window curtain. Although we didn't need the TV, it has like 2 channels only and had a very bad signal. They were ants around the room. The toilet was so smelly, and the sink was broken. The food was not that good,... More

We really enjoyed our stay, I had high expectations for the beach, but it wasn't that great for swimming. It has beautiful white sand, but it is near the port and there was a fair bit of debris, I am told by someone else this was partly because of the time of year, everything gets blown towards this beach, and...
