Bantayan's beaches boast fine white sand like Boracay minus the crowds. Plus, the water is way much cleaner. Anika Island Resort is a private getaway where one can relax and simply enjoy the sun and sand. It is a relatively new and clean resort. It has the best restaurant among the resorts in the area and a lot of sumptuous... More

Not good food in restoran, another restorans far away. No any shops, markets near. Need to rent motorbike and go to Santa Fe. No massage. No any sport facilities. Good beach, good personal. Near from ferry port. Good new rooms. Not bad. Thanx

We visited this hotel with our son and new daughter in law following their wedding in Cebu City. What I have to say may be a bit controversial but I always try to tell the truth about places we visit. Firstly the pros: We were met at the ferry port and taken to the Anika. Check in was easy and... More

This resort cost me $240 AUS for 4 nights , without breakfast and was a bit expensive for what we got. The room itself was quiet comfortable just a couple of negatives were the ant plague of small ants that seemed to increase their numbers every day. The cable TV channels were adequate but the signal was poor so every... More

Food is good and reasonably priced. Staff are friendly. Rooms are clean. Free transfer to and from the port. Will definitely go back. We previously booked for 3days 2nights only but then decided to extend for one more night, Saturday. The usual rooms (those that were elevated and with a porch) were fully booked for Saturday but then they offered... More

The last time I was in Bantayan was in 2009, and I must stay it is still as beautiful as ever. The resort is in the Sta. Fe side, which is a much quieter area with only a few resorts, but a bit farther from the market and restaurants. I must say Anika is a quaint but cute little resort,... More

The location is wonderful on a beautiful white beach I had the Ocean view room which gives the best views, the room is basic and small but reasonably comfortable beds, the bathroom had a good shower and was fine. One thing to note if you go here is that if you wish your room cleaned you need to request it... More

We arrived at around 11:30am and had to wait until 2pm to check-in. Good thing their resto serves good lunch menus and affordable for a resort price for the big servings. We tried pinaputok na isda, fish fillet in cream and pork bbq. The room itself was good and the bathroom with complete amenities. Also loved the balcony/porch in front... More

We got 3 rooms, 2 sunset and 1 sunrise villas.. Room was nice, medyo mahina un water but it's fine, I love the pillow! Food was good but you can try other restaurants. Best to rent a bike, para mas mabilis makapag libot. I'll probably booked anika again.

A year after Yolanda, we headed straight to the island that was greatly affected by the typhoon. We saw some damaged houses and establishments. There were no street lights at night and the place was quiet. But nonetheless, it's still a nice spot to visit especially when you're with your family. This is a beachfront hotel with stunning views and... More
