Was there in Bantayan Island 3 weeks ago with a friend of mine. Got to know about Sunday Flower through d net... Very decent and clean budget hotel. Affordable for solo, couple and families who do not need luxury... The staffs are very accomodating-Lyn Lyn, Charlotte and the other 2 (cant remember their names). They will do everything they could... More

Sunday Flower is a great place to chill for a while. the beach is right out your backdoor. The kitchen is limited on what to meet. However, You can go to the fish market in the square, buy some fillets, ( don't forget to bargain) and the workers will cook it for you along with some rice. The staff worked... More

Were there to relax after a long trip we had made to Maldives we wanted to see how our beach here in the Philippines compared to there ….We were not disappointed we felt not all beaches are the same… yes we have more people around …And there were no drunks that we saw just people have fun in the water... Let's start with the not so good thing that we experienced there... I could have rated it 5 stars if -1 Star: There was *crowd control*. There were local tourist having a drinking spree and obviously all drunk due to the noise and rowdiness they're doing in the beach area. They even have a digital camera and obviously taking photo... Hotel is on a fantastic beach. We were here 3 months after Yolanda. You can still see a lot of devastion, that this huricane has made. But otherwise, Bantayan is fantastic, it gives you tranqulity, peace,... The beach is very nice, and you are almost alone on cca 1km beach. :) Perfect for everybody that loves nature, etc. but not... I arrived in November planning to stay for 6 days and ended up staying their for 19 days. The staff are awesome and did all they could to make sure I was looked after (Daisy and LinLin would help in whatever way they could). I also happened to be there for the typhoon so was happy to get off the... More

The rooms were just as I expected (based on our previous island hopping experiences), they were fairly good and they were clean and well maintained and the resort location was fine for our needs and within easy reach of Santa Fe and just a few metres away from the beach. Without doubt the best assets this resort has are the... More

I stayed here for the full month of may. Booking was quick and easy and the email advice from Peter was greatly appreciated before I arrived. Upon arrival was greeted with a cold drink from the girls and then shown my room. I loved my room as it had a balcony/sitting areas to the front and back. Nice views of... More

Hi there, thanks for the review, it was very nice to receive it. Glad you had a great time at the Sunday Flower Beach Hotel and Resort for your month's stay. WIFI is often an issue, variable, and there appears little solution despite our continual updates. Presumably the technology is unavailable to boost a local signal. As usual on many... More

Nice spot, just a stones throw from the beach. Staff friendly enough. However for p1400 we had no air-con or ref and I used my own wifi. Got much better room for less money in BORACAY!! Also very loud (and bad) karaoke bar just yards away from balcony from around 2pm. Yippee!! The main bars and restaurants in town are... More

Thank you for your reply, The issue with karaoke is long standing. The Philippine culture likes singing at these types of bars. We are aware the volume and sound quality sometimes leaves a lot to be desired, and many tourists do not appreciate the noise. However, some tourists at times do join in with the singing. Once again I thank... More
