This magical place in the centre of the world is well worth a visit. It really lives up to its name, truly an escape. The location can be a drawback but the toil you may suffer getting there is worth it. I can recommend you leave you mobile phone switched off, get some great music, bring a good book and... More

Once you arrive Agona Junction, after driving Takoradi, you enter a new dimension in Ghana. One hour drive, passing local villages, rubber plantation farms, concrete bridges on top of small rivers, you finally got to see the light house from the top of the road. Down there is Escape 3 Points. An excellent team (Abu, Robert, Jimmy, Carlos, Georgina, and... More

Escape is one of my favourite locations in all of Ghana. It is a little piece of ecological paradise, equipped with composting toilets, a permaculture garden and unique beach huts all made from bamboo and recycled materials. The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff are friendly and the food is delicious. The owner Akwasi mades delicious infused local spirits, and puts... More

Escape was literally that - an escape into nature's beauty. It was a great eco-lodge (even going as far as compost toilets...) and the staff were all really friendly - we didn't arrive until 1.30am but they were there to greet us. The food was delicious (I recommend the 'lobster', although it's more like crayfish), and in the evening they... More

Escape will always be one of the most special places i have ever been. A friend and i went there to celebrate the new year together. We had only planned on staying three nights. Everyday we were supposed to leave the thought of it made us sad... So we stayed one more night....and one more night, and another after that,... More

Simple simple simple, but a great place to get away from the chaos that is Ghana. Simple bamboo huts, compost toilets, close to the beach. A lot of reused objects and eco friendly. Great staff and a very relaxed atmosphere. Beach is also very beautiful. Take a few books to read and then leave in the book library and have... More

We were a group of 5 people travelling (couple with two teenage children and one adult friend) and absolutly loved the place, the environment, the welcome! Lots of amazing ideas for the re-using of materials, a real opportunity to connect with nature and realise how we can live with so little (specially in terms of energy and water consumption). The... A true eco-lodge. Peaceful. Wonderful beach, exciting waves for swimming. No electricity, so no frustration of power-cuts and no noisy generators. Some essential solar-powered lighting and phone or laptop charging, but otherwise it's just the moonlight and clear night sky. Keeping cool relies on the sea breeze, which is nearly always blowing. It wasn't blowing for the 2 nights that... More

Escape is just that. It's the perfect antidote to modern reality. A whimsical eco-lodge in Cape Three Points, guests sleep in a bamboo hut perched five meters high or an adobe self-contained house, lounge on furniture crafted of native materials and consume locally distilled drink. All this contributes to the je ne sais quoi factor of Escape. People arrive with... More

I completely fell in love with Escape 3 points. The food and location was incredible and the staff unbelievably accommodating and approachable. The unique design of each of the lodges made it extra special. I couldn't recommend a place more.
