I spent NYE with some friends at Escape and really enjoyed myself. It's way off the beaten path. It's so unique that it seemed like a vacation within my vacation as it didn't feel particularly Ghanaian. (All of the guests were Europeans and North Americans.) As others have said, it's an eco-lodge with composting toilets and bamboo huts. It's VERY... More

There is no place like Escape 3 Points in the rest of Ghana; a remote location, an unspoiled and idyllic beach and a resort so rooted in nature and devoid of any of the hustle and noise of the modern world that one feels as though one were marooned on a desert island. Supremely comfortable, peaceful, with super friendly and... More

Seriously: Escape3points is one of the best places imaginable if you are looking for quiet, an amazing beach, good people, but at the same time for a place where people care about their environment, think about ecological sustainability etc. u should definitely go!!

Stayed in two different houses/huts. One of them was really nice, but the second one gave the impression of neglect maintenance-wise. The idea of communal dining is great, you get to meet some new people, instead of just sitting by yourself at a restaurant. But some of the food we got there was quite bland, especially compared to the prizing... More

I have been to Escape Three Points 4 times - it is by far my favourite place in Ghana. I have gone with small groups and large groups, and every person has always loved it. It's environmentally friendly (compost toilets, minimal electricity use, recycled materials), the food is great (they have fixed meals with 1 or 2 options, but it... More

Went to Escape 3 Points for three days in Jan 2016 and I cannot say enough good about this amazing spot. Beautiful setting, incredible staff and delicious food. Everyone went out of their way to make my stay easy and memorable. Even got to see a baby turtle!

I found paradise at the southern most tip of Ghana and I didn't want to leave. Not only was it "omg" beautiful but very affordable. A family house is 120gh a night, and the dorms are 25gh a night with a shared bathroom. Now let's talk about the bathroom, it's the indigenous open bath and decompose toilets which is pretty... It was just great. It's a beautiful and quite beach, campfire and music in the evening, nice people all around. You even have a small chance of seeing see turtles. The staff is just amazing and you see how much love they put into that place. You'll will feel home right away!

Amazing place to spend a few days and relax. It is definitely one of the best places in Ghana to meet other travellers with a fantastic bar/restaurant area, activities that can be organised, communal meals, etc. I intended to stay for a couple of days but found the place so welcoming that I stayed for 4 nights! The team are... More
