We began our three week trip to Spain in Hotel El Habana and couldn't have made a better choice. The peaceful garden setting with established trees and small stream was just perfect. The room was comfortable and we loved the gentle wake up call of distant cowbells. It was such an oasis of calm after noisy city life. Having an on... More

This is a beautiful country house hotel located at the foot of a mountain in the Picos de Europa range. Sirio and his staff do a wonderful job of making guests feel welcome and well-cared for. The garden is stunning, and for those who enjoy a civilised retreat into the splendours of nature during their breaks this is a perfect... More

This very friendly hotel is located in a beautiful garden, a few kilometer away from Llanes in the country side. The architecture is splendid and mirrors the style of the wealthy Asturian villa's. Apart from everything else, a stay is worhwhile for everybody intrested in interiors and decoration. It has a perfect balance in coulour and material and has furniture... More

The restaurant at El Habana is incredible. Service and food is outstanding. The hotel grounds are impeccable. We couldn't have asked for a better place. What a wonderful place. We hope to come back soon.

Fully recommendable, attentive owner, we would come back any time. The location and Garden were great and LLanes is a cute little town. The breakfast was very good and the rooms and building nicely designed and clean. Very professional.

We stayed for 4 nights originally, the hotel is situated in delightful gardens and just off the main highway, in fact you can walk into Llanes in 40 mins. El Habana is very peaceful and relaxed, don't go there if you are looking for a modern hotel with instant service. Our room was enormous in fact it was classed as... More

WE very much enjoyed El Habana. It is within easy reach of Llanes and is a very comfortable small hotel rural. It has the most beautiful garden, where we took most meals and the managers were very helpful. Scenery is stunning and the food was mostly very good especially breakfast and the paella nera! Wi fi worked the best of... More

we stayed two nights 13/14th May 2012 in what has to be the most beautiful setting - mountain views and stunning gardens. Plus the best value and best quality breakfast in the whole of Spain (and probably France too). The staff are lovely and the owner was very helpful when our car broke down - we needed a translator but... More

We stayed at el Habana over Easter weekend, a very busy weekend in Spain, so we were prepared for a busy setting... On the contrary, the atmosphere there was very relaxed. The personal attention at the reception was something we really appreciated. The place was everything we were looking for for that specific trip!!!

We spent 2 night here in October, we booked the self contained suite adjoining the main house. The hotel itself is a little difficult to find, even with GPS, but part of that was down to roadworks on the motorway which forced us onto another exit road. We called the owner who gave us precise directions , so make sure... More
