Yolande and Charlick made us immensely welcome, and could not have been more helpful from the first contact. Our suite [Chambre Haut] was extremely comfortable and beautifully appointed. Yolande prepared a wonderful dinner for us and Charlick entertained us to a splendid breakfast feast of conversation and home made delicacies. Altogether a really pleasant and happy experience; and one to... More

We stayed in the top room for 2 nights and had a fantastic time. The beautiful house is set in lovely grounds and it is a great place to just sit and relax. The rooms where cosy, warm and full of character whilst at the same time being clean and private. The evening meals were fantastic french country food at... More

Yolande and Charlick run the most splendid and welcoming B&B in Brittany. We planed to stay only two nights but the storm and a cancelled ferry meant we had an extra two delightful days there. Breakfast prepared by Charlick was always fun and for me somewhat taxing as my French is sadly deteriating. He loves to tell stories over coffee... More

Charlick and Yolande have really made the most out of this property, they are both welcoming and discrete leaving you to interact as much or as little as you choose. That said it would be to your loss if you do not join them for meals. We had the blue room for our stay, to just call it a room... More

This place is deep and I mean deep in the countryside far from roads and it is xtra tranquil. You will not find many places like it! It is cosy, comfortable and a total delight some of the rooms are separate from the main house in their own cottages. The food is superb and entirely home made even the yoghurt... More

Sympathy to the previous reviewer who used it as a stopover without time for meals, as that's not what this lovely old home is geared for. We found it a welcoming and restful stop on a cycle tour - though wish it had sign on the nearby V7 -, and the set dinner was wonderful. Leisurely breakfast of crepes, yoghurt... More

We spent two nights there, during the week. The setting is lovely. It is a 16th century farm in the country, comprised of several buildings. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a modern bathroom. The dinner there was probably the best we had in France over 8 days. Make sure you try the in house cider.

Stayed overnight on our way back to the ferry. It was certainly very quirky! I can't comment on the food as we weren't there long enough to have a meal/breakfast. We booked three rooms - the green, rose and blue. The blue, being away from the main house was lovely and quiet. The other rooms were in the main part... More

Welcoming hosts - happy to chat at breakfast, which was delicious, I might add! Quaint but basic room, but no complaints there - the point of coming to this idyllic country B&B is to escape all the usual mod-cons! Sadly we were unable to enjoy the 'table d'hote' dinner as this has to be booked in advance but definitely hope... More
