As a group of 5 travellers, 4 adults and 1 7 year old we initially booked 2 rooms here for 2 nights on our way back to Cancun airport from Tulum. The first rooms we were given were adequate, 2 double beds per room with a TV in. lots of storage for clothing and a small area to hang clothes... More

We stayed here twice on our backpacking trip around Quintana Roo - at the beginning and at the end. The owners/proprietors are exceedingly kind and generous. I'm not sure of anything that's included because we were out of the room except for sleep times. Some of the rooms on the first floor have windows that face the breezeway and thus... More

My husband and I wanted to stay in Puerto Morelos for a few days before heading to Cancun and then home, the owner was courteous and more than helpful, we were allowed to use the kitchen, and at that the owner drove us to the grocery store and advised us what we should buy, example: I thought i needed bread... Basic Mexican hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. If you are looking for fancy, not for you. Generally clean. No fridge. Could be more generous with toilet paper supply, towel changes, etc. Meals can be ordered and are very good, with very moderate pricing. My sister and I found it comfortable. they had wifi problems, but found a way! Good... More

So bad! We paid $40.00 US a night for a dirty dungeon. No windows, dirty bathroom, ancient matress and pillows. The web site lies, maybe years ago it was accurate but not now. Breakfast was not included although our booking.com reservation said it was. The bathroom is small (that's ok) but there is less than a foot from the end... More

Stayed here at the beginning of our Yucatan holiday and again at the end as it is so close to the airport and we did not fancy staying in Cancun. They were happy to accept us arriving late, around midnight as it turned out, after a pre-arranged and short taxi ride, though they would have picked us up for a... More

This charming and clean posada welcomed us in as refugees of recent Tropical Storm Rina when other places in town were not receiving visitors. Not only is it affordable but it is friendly. Our first venture out after the storm found umbrellas waiting for us by the door. The atmosphere is shaded, homey and relaxed but staff were quick to... More

My husband and I started off our 2 week Mexican vacation here for our first 3 nights. We were greeted right away and showed to our room. Because it was slow, the owner (whom we never did get to meet, sadly) moved us to a better room. We had 2 beds, A/C, fridge, TV, and free wifi. Outside our door... More

We stayed here the last night of our holiday to be close to the airport (flight at 6 am). The hotel itself is very basic, clean, but with mosquitos. Rather noisy as well. Good place for a overnight stay, but nothing more.

I have just come back to Hotel Inglaterra to find that they are upgrading to boutique level. One of the ownwers showed me a new upstairs suite with two rooms, cooking facilities and a roof patio with a great view of the sea.about 130 meters away. However, they have kept some less expensive rooms downstairs for people traveling on a... More
