Don't know where to start. I had previously visited this resort in Jan 2008 and it was fabulous but did this swine flu do damage. My wife, stepdaughter and I went to the hotel from June 18-25. We were able to upgrade to a family conceirge ocean view before we went down. Other people tried when they arrived but were told it would be +$85/night. The hotel offered a Father's Day weekend special to the locals for $140 for two nights, ocean view, all inclusive.... more

We stayed from 6/10-6/13/09. Most of the restaurants and bars were closed due to low occupancy. NOTHING to do after pool closed at 8:00pm. Majority of the staff was rude. Resort is classified as "all-inclusive" but you could not get more than 2 beers in your room per day; no excepts made even since Fun Pub was closed entire stay.... more

We went to Paradisus June 12-16 and LOVED it. We were able to get upgraded for free to an Oceanfront room with a Jacuzzi because the place was not very busy. This place has far exceeded my expectations in every way. Lets just say everything was *PERFECT*... I would seriously LIVE here if I could.
