We stayed at the Azul Sensatori Jan. 19 to 26/09. The hotel is very new and beautiful. Modern, contemporary feel with a great deal of glass and marble everywhere. In about 5 years when everything grows in the grounds will be lovely. It is in a growing phase right now. Rooms - beautiful - non skid tiles which are terrific.... more

Hotel is unfinished, most guests were put in unfinished rooms, took several hours of complaining before rooms were switched if at all. Wedding department was unhelpful and impossible to reach for questions or concerns. Inappropriate songs were played at ceremony "It must have been love, but it's over now".
