If you are visiting the Rio Tinto mines, this is a convenient stopping place. They speak little english, so it would be an idea to use a phrase book when ordering food, for example. The rooms are a little drab to look at, but actually are very clean, en suite, and the beds comfortable. The TV helps, of course. The... More

The rooms were clean and tidy, with a tv, on suite bathroom with bidet. The bar is cheap enough and plenty of seating both in and outdoors, the outdoor area can be screened off. No one seamed to speak English, but that was ok as we didn't speak any Spanish and I like charades. You can't fault it for the... More

When I made the reservation at the mining village of Minas de Riotinto, I didn´t know what I will get. To my surprise, the village is charming and the lights in the streets during X-mass, give it a mysterious look, at night.
