We stayed here for two nights in June 2014. The setting for the lodge and cabins is simply stunning, there are mountain views all around you and it is only a short walk down to the river. The cabins themselves (we were in 'Black Bear') were spacious, with good quality furniture and well maintained. The owner had obviously listened to... More

Beautiful location with amazing groomed grounds, amazing food and a comfortable, well equipped chalet. Although we were at Tweedsmuir Park Lodge before bear viewing season, we still saw a mama black bear and her two cubs on the side of the road. Exciting and great photo op. Even if you don't see a single bear you will not be disappointed.

Stayed for just two nights during a holiday in Canada. Booked via 3rd party website and got the rooms for an excellent price. We were welcomed personally by Rebecca who is simply a great hostess. She had upgraded us to a loft cabin (Bobcat) which has a fantastic view. The food, while not cheap, is very good and the staff... More

Went to Bella Coola again this year. we go back every year. Tweedsmuir Lodge was again absolutely amazing. Great Wines and Superb Food. Best location for HeliSki as the Heli picks you up in front of your Cabin/Room and off to Deep Powder Skiing. Only 45mins Drive from Bella Coola (QBC) , which is connected by a Daily Pacific Coastal... More

I have already reviewed this resort back in 2012, I've not been back (even though I would love to). I've just seen some more photos on Facebook. This is the most idyllic place we visited in BC (5 visits over 8 years) and there were a lot of contenders. In fact there are only 3 places I've been over the... More

We stayed at Tweedsmuir for 5 nights in October, it was booked for us by a specialist wildlife travel agency. Staff were really good and rustled us up some lunch at 3pm when we arrived late due to our flight being diverted. Only note on the food was there was only one choice for dinner. Bear viewing was great -... More

Travelled here with my wife, daughter, and son in law in early October 2013. Got the 5 day explorer package and added a heli hike which was very awesome! Expert guides kept us busy all day and are very knowledgable. Lodge staff were all professional and attentive, meals were top notch ( gluten free was no problem), and the cabin... More

Spent 6 days here at end of september, 2013. Did 6 half day river floats and 6 half day hikes. As noted previously by many others, all the staff were extremely helpful and a delight to interact with. And as noted by others, the food was delicious. Although there was generally a single special, the chef was willing to make... More
