Just home after heading to a gig at the Spa in Bridlington and staying at Manor Farm-what a fab experience! New owners, Keri and Paul, were perfect hosts and the cottage (The Guillemot) was spotless and sooooo cozy! Perfect location for anyone ending their Way of the Roses journey, bird watchers, or anyone who is a lover of nature! Deffo... More

Great B&B accommodation for the family with friendly hosts on hand to give advice about the local area and activities. Rooms were clean and very comfortable with a lovely decor. We would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in the converted barn ( Swallow ). Everything was very cosy but the friendly host Roger made our stay very enjoyable and he helped us with local information i.e places to visit and to dine. He cooked a fab full Yorkshire breakfast every morning using high quality ingredients ( Yorkshire Sausage and... More

We stayed two nights and while the place has been beautifully furnished, we won't be returning for two big reasons. Firstly the walls between bedrooms were so thin we could clearly hear conversations and TV which made getting to sleep difficult. Secondly we checked if they could manage a vegan breakfast when booking and was told that was fine. However... More

We are very disappointed that the ladies did not enjoy their stay. We have taken on board their comments and only wish they had mentioned them to us after their first night stay so that we would have had the opportunity to address them. If they were unhappy with the noise we would have sought to relocate them to one... More

Myself and three friends stayed here while cycling in the Wolds. Secure storage is available for the cycles and the rooms are arranged around an enclosed courtyard with ample car parking. The accommodation is in a recent (2 yrs) barn conversion which has been done to a very high standard with luxury furniture and fittings. The rooms are ranged round... More

Very welcoming and comfortable with excellent accommodation and a more than adequate breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and the whole experience was as good as we hoped, if not better.

We have just returned from Manor Farm and we had a great time. This accomodation was great for us as a family (2 young children 6 & 8). The rooms are modern & child friendly. The hosts Roger & Kristina were very helpful with regards to what to do in the area. Would highly recommend, a place we felt so... More

A lovely place to stay, especially if you are a bird watcher heading for the Bempton Cliffs RSPB reserve, or you are going to be walking along the coastal paths. This isn't a place for nightlife, rather wildlife! The barn renovation was completed in April 2011, so everything is still fresh and new looking, very modern and tastefully decorated. Roger... More
