Stayed here for a night in May with my husband and 2 kids. We stayed in a family room which I have to say was clean and met our needs adequately with a kingsize bed and bunk beds for the kids, a cot was also provided. There was a good choice for breakfast in the morning. Staff were alright, not... More

Me and the wife stayed visiting the causeway the hosts were brilliant clean rooms and breakfast cooked fresh , don't judge the place without going in you will be surprised The owner gave us some good advice when visiting the causeway itself All in all excellent value for money

The main person we talked to and later met was Charlie. He guided us to the correct location. This would be the only point that might put people off. However once you have a half-decent car there are no worries. It is near enough to the main places we wanted to see and experence from The Giants Causeway itself to... More

On 23 July I made a booking through Booking.com for the 6th Sept. This evening 5th Sept I got an e-mail to say that the Causeway Tavern informed Booking.com that they were overbooked. Unbelievable. I booked almost 7 weeks ago and the night before I am due to travel the Causeway Tavern cancels my booking. I would guess they sold... More

Very sorry about your none stay, booking.com did state that they would find you somewhere to stay and we would be invoiced any extra costs that you would get , the cancellation was due to human error and the wifi change over and other guests cancelling and rebooking . I tried myself to find other accomodation for you but had... More

Myself, my wife and daughter stayed here for one night only (16/8/14). Although this place is a bit off the beaten track, I must admit to being pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room I was allocated. We had booked a triple room but were given a family room with 2 single beds and a set of bunk beds.... More

We stayed two nights here and the location was perfect for the Causeway and all the sights of the Antrim coast. It was very easy to find and the gentleman who showed us our room was very helpful with directions, etc. The room itself was basic, a bit dusty but very adequate and nicely decorated with a nautical theme. Bathroom... More

Good clean accomodation and a varied and hearty breakfast menu to suit all tastes. The accomodation is currently being extended and the rear of the building is a building site. We stayed in the attic family suite of two rooms (two doubles and three single beds) with its own bathroom and kitchen area at a reduced price due to our... More

On arrival I was met and greeted by Charlie behind the bar who showed us up to our double room very clean and tidy with tea making facilties and biscuits on hand . As the Tavern did not serve food we booked a... More

My husband and I were in this area literally about a week ago and stayed here for two nights. Great place to stay in the area. Affordable, clean, friendly, and a great breakfast to boot. Plus Charlie running the bar is a regular fountain of knowledge about all things local (and otherwise). Central to the causeway, bushmills and other must... More

Nice little place, owners are nice. Very close to Giant's Causeway. They don't have internet for everyone, but if you ask nicely as we did (because needed to do a little work), they gave us the password to their personal network. Full english breakfast is made to order in the morning. There was some loud music in to the night,... More
