Location is fabulous, right on the shores of Lake Sevan with extensive lake views. Our room had a balcony overlooking the lake but the room itself was cramped and basic. Breakfast served in another building was pretty limited consisting of fried egg, cheese, pink sausages bread and jam. By reception there is a huge empty room with a few sofas... More

We stayed for a week in late August. The weather was terrific and the water was nice and warm. Rooms are old and very basic for staying for a week (no hair dryer, strange sockets which do not support any international standards and only one socket adapter in the room). You can easily hear everything in the neighboring rooms. Breakfast... More

My friend and I are staying here for two nights and we have had nothing short of a great experience. The Staff is very friendly and they try to help you out in anyway possible. There is a private beach so you are not overrun by other tourists and there is plenty of shade around. The breakfast is Armenian/ Georgian... More

We stayed here in early October and were two of about 8-10 guests in two parties. Its a bit isolated and felt remote reminiscent of the Shinning!!. It does however look out directly onto the Lake and if (as we did) you get a lake view room with a balcony what more could you ask for. Rooms are a bit... More

Stayed here for a night whilst on a group tour. It is a huge Soviet style hotel at the shore of the lake away from town. The rooms were spacious, but a bit dated. WiFi was only working in the lobby, and the had a little bar in the lobby if you wanted to drink something in the evening. The... More

The hotel room has old dingy furniture and the carpet is so filthy you need to wear flip-flops in the room. The hotel staff was rather indifferent and Breakfast was minimal. I cannot say anything positive---just stay elsewhere.

This was a place, where in my childhood it was hard to get to, rooms were allocated to the ruling communist party elite, and it was considered a great luck to get a place there. After a long break, I was there again twice for the past two years, and the impressions are mostly positive. Set in the woods right... More

Indeed this was a resort in Sovjet time, but this did not mead that the hotel was nog convenient and comfortable. The sovjet elements were very charming and in my opinion not "cold"at all. The room were big clean and the ones with seavieuw were wonderfull. The breakfast and the dinner were in a building very nearby. Quality was oke.... More

The location is fantastic next to the shore of Lake Sevan. The rooms also good, but very "Soviet Union" . . big "cold" rooms, The breakfast was os and so, and the restaurant was in another house which was even more "Soviet Union" that the hotel itself. . . But the location was great so I guess when the weather... More
