We have just spend a weekend on this a bit expensive hotel near Santiago. I suggest it for family gathering, a couple getaway or for companies workshops. For someone who is used to travel abroad, this resort is quite expensive for the facilities, food and service it provides. I think the owners of the hotel should invest in assortment, quality... We spent three nights recently in Termas de Jahuel. We had been there before and had great expectations for our stay with our extended family. The reservation process was not very professional, they made mistakes and ended up charging more for something that in our opinion was their error. Upon arrival we found a group of their workers on strike... More

I went to this hotel on 2010 with my family for christmas. The place is still beautiful and facilities well maintained (although the sites like the gruta could use a renovation...). Pools are beautiful, the spa is ok (the masseuses expertise vary a lot and so does the quality of the massage) but the food quality has dropped dramatically. In... More

I love the location of this hotel. I had visited Jahuel as a kid and then in 2012 with my dad and my son. This year (2014), while visiting Chile, I stayed overnight with mother and as a day trip with more family. Jahuel underwent extensive renovations. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is gorgeous and sitting in the thermal... More

I have written to the hotel twice since my departure and am still awaiting their reply to see how they handle my complaints. I traveled here with my daughter and arrived at 11:15 pm after a very long airline delay. We came to relax in the sun and enjoy the outdoor pool. Pictures of the pool on the website are... More

I stayed at this property many times, unfortunately it is going down. Service is awful, especially at the front desk. It takes hours to check in, and other hour to check out. Front desk staff is not trained at all, and have no empathy for their clients. Arriving from the USA early in the morning, and then after a two... More

My husband and I live in Chile and we've been frequent guests of this establishment, visiting once a year at the very least. We've never had issues here and though perhaps the food COULD be better (we think it's lovely) or perhaps it may be overpriced for what you get (we never thought so), in general we've always been happy... A really nice experience if you have a conference, business meeting or just want to relax few days. Located almost in the Andes and isolated fro the rest of the world you will enjoy the nature and the overhalming energy of the Andes. Combined with a good service, good (red) wines, good food, excellent swimming pools , ( both ,... More

This is a quiet, relaxing, thermal spa. The complex has something for everyone in the family, but it’s mainly an adult’s heaven. We did not stayed in summer, therefore, the outside pool was too cold to enjoy. We were told that in summer water is warmer. The inside pool is heated but on weekends gets a bit crowded, considering the... More
