We went here for three days to relax. We should have had a suite, but everything was messed up. Ended up staying in a small, dark and moist room in the older part of the hotel. In this hotel you have: standard room, classic room, superior room, vip room and suites. Please do not be fooled as the first three... More

We came here with the family to relax. The surrounding gardens are a lush paradise, the vistas are spectacular. But the rooms, food, wine and reception do not live up to the beauty of the location. Our room was very damp, and really hot. It did not matter weather the ac was on or not. Luckily we spent most time... More

We booked 3 rooms in this hotel. The travel agent made a mistake . Instead of a suite we all had tiny rooms. The reception area is inadequate. The surrounding of this hotel is a dream, very beautiful nature. The staff is very friendly. The food is absolutely a disaster. The wine list is far below level. So if you... More

We came again with our extended family to spend three nights here. It seems either the management doesn't read the reviews or they don't care. Again the check in process wasn't smooth. Even showing the confirmation email they sent us they didn't acknowledge what they had confirmed in writing. The place is pleasant and the children love it. The quality... More

We had gone before and eaten a halfway decent meal but were impressed with the view and grounds. When we arrived a second time with family from out of town to inquire about rooms the guard at the gate very rudely told us to IMMEDIATELY LEAVE as there was a private party. No sorry it's closed for an event or... More

This hotel promises so much but sadly fails to deliver. There are plenty of staff standing around but that does not men you get good service. When we stayed there, there could only have been about 5 groups of guests in what is a large hotel but they still failed to clean our room until I had to complain around... More

We visited this hotel and spa as part of a large group for a week workshop. Food was generally good as was the drinks and the bar in the evenings. The spa and the mineral baths were absolutely wonderful in Oct as it was fairly cold outside. Would recommend it as a 2 day stopover for couples or families traveling... More

We spent two nights en Termas de Jahuel and we had great expectations for our stay. The place is nice surrounded by nature; it’s just that for the price it's not good enough. The stay is expensive, so we expected the facilities and staff to be consistent with the price point. The website doesn’t clarify that the rooms are so... More

I visited this hotel with a group of people from my company. This was the second time we spent one week on a leadership workshop. The facilities are nice and the service staff is very friendly. The food is also delicious. During our first visit in May we conducted a safety inspection as part of our workshop activities. After the... More

the best part were the people working there, all were very kind and corteous, we stayed with our 1-year old kid and despite his 'restless' activities they were always veryattentive and supportive on the negative side: the gym definitively needs an uplift, they even had food for a cat who stayed there (it smelled of cat urine in some parts)...
