The Amansari is ok for business trip. Always some fresh air due to the particular ( and elegant ) architecture. Nice restaurant room with view on the golf and parc which really makes you feel in Malaysia. Usefull to have a Chinese and a Japanese restaurant in the basement of the hotel, and a large choice of other ones less... More

Nothing much to hoo haa abt this place, apart from the fact that it's near the industrial area and I don't like the other hotel in this area. This is my 4th stay here & the 1st thing I noticed is that they have the same wall picture in all the rooms I stayed. Cleanliness of the room & the... More

From the outside, the Amansari Residence Resort seems like a pleasant stay, however, once you enter it, it's a different story altogether. Firstly, when I walked through the hotel, I noticed that several of the walls had paint peeling from it. A sign that this place had seen better days. When we entered the room, I noticed that the toilet... More

Stayed here recently with my family. We took 2 rooms and check-in and check-out were smooth. Room is not very spacious but comfortable enough. Iron, iron board, kettle, basic toiletries, mini bar are available but the safe box wasn't working. Variety of TV channels with some Singapore channels available. WiFi available but I had to phone the front desk for... More

I have got nothing good to say about this place. I have stayed here before and it was not this bad. However this time around I realised it's really bad. I had a shocking experience to see def cockroach in the bathroom. An also hair in the bathroom. Basically they did not clean the room properly. Bed she's were also... More

It was a pleasant stay and it is suitable for travelers with kids, especially if you’re planning for Legoland Malaysia. It is quite a drive from the theme park, but it’s worth the stay as along the way, there are plenty of seafood restaurants and eateries (we even hunt for koay teow kia which not very far). Or if you’re... More

They have two types of room. I had the bigger one. It would have been ok but had some problems: 1. There were hair on the bathroom floor and shower. 2. They forgot to put towels in the bathroom. 3. The room was very dusty. 4. The carpet was disgustingly dirty. 5. The safe wasn't working. 6. The room stank.... More

For conferences, one of which we attended, they don't even brush off the bits and pieces after meals let alone change the tablecloths. When asked if this was normal practice, the head server sent along a couple of workers to brush off a couple of tables near the door, leaving the rest of the spotty tables in the dining room... More

You will regret your choice to stay here:- 1. Only 1 access card and 1 room key for a 3 room apartment. Without the access card you cannot use the lift to your apartment or access the glass doors to the rooms. 2. 3 room apartment with 1 king size bed and 3 single bed, they only give you 3... More

Hotel rooms are quiet and clean. Service is friendly but not very professional. Waiters and reception support seem very unexperienced. Breakfast (both Asian and continental served) is OK. Swimming pool, gym, tabletennis and squash are available for sports. Wifi was not working in my room and hotel has limited business facilities. Rates in the hotel are acceptable. Overall a good...
