An old stone cottage that has had the very best upgrade possible, the facilities in the room are of the very highest spec, no money has been spared to make the rooms outstanding, from the TV, to the wallpaper, to the carpet, all that you would like in your own house. Julie does an excellent breckfast, as a host, nothing... More

Very, very welcoming and accommodating, I was staying in room 5 (if I remember correctly) which was essentially an annexe to the main house. The room was a really good size, TV was enormous and the bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. The shower was a walk in one - again, a really ncie size and good water pressure. I'd highly recommend... We stayed over the long weekend for two nights in room 4, which is a twin bed room with a huge en suite, separate bath and shower and under-floor heating. Lots of storage space, double wardrobe and various sets of drawers. The room was spotless, the bedding was of the highest quality and the beds were very comfortable. There is... More

Thank you for your recent stay . Our breakfast room is small, we do try to get people to have breakfast at different times . This doesn't always work . We prefer to have a large selection of jams , with four stars this is required . We have a guest lounge if we made this into a dining room... More

I work up north quite a bit and stumbled across this amazing b and b. The service was absolutely fantastic, a real homely feel and you are made to feel truly welcome. When in London I usually stay at Dean Street TownHouse or Blakes and the way this b and b is decorated throughout has that real modern luxury, but... More

The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. Kippers were not available for breakfast but a substitute (haddock, I think) was bought in specially for me. A lovely old stone cottage but with all necessary comforts including a manicured, secluded garden. Welcoming tea and biscuits in the garden on arrival set the tone for the all-too-short stay of... Me and my fiancė stayed at willow cottage (room 1) for one night so that we could visit Leeds. We were greeted with a warm welcome and showed to the most beautifully decoreated room. We both had a great nights sleep and a top notch breakfast the next morning! Julie is a great host, really welcoming and nothing is too... More

Wow, what can I say. It was immensely comfortable, spotlessly clean and fabulous food too. The hosts Julie and Harvey were amazing, knowledgeable and very help. Great recommendations on local eateries too. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definately be returning to Willow Cottage whenever in the area. Thanks for making my stay a pleasurable one.

We need to find an excuse to come here again! Stayed Sat 11th July for a nearby family gathering at Kirkstall Festival. Owners were away but Angie checked us in and gave us some transport info for a bus. We were in the Garden Room which had its own separate entrance so was nice and private. The room was absolutely...
