We stayed over the long weekend for two nights in room 4, which is a twin bed room with a huge en suite, separate bath and shower and under-floor heating. Lots of storage space, double wardrobe and various sets of drawers. The room was spotless, the bedding was of the highest quality and the beds were very comfortable. There is... More

I work up north quite a bit and stumbled across this amazing b and b. The service was absolutely fantastic, a real homely feel and you are made to feel truly welcome. When in London I usually stay at Dean Street TownHouse or Blakes and the way this b and b is decorated throughout has that real modern luxury, but... More

The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. Kippers were not available for breakfast but a substitute (haddock, I think) was bought in specially for me. A lovely old stone cottage but with all necessary comforts including a manicured, secluded garden. Welcoming tea and biscuits in the garden on arrival set the tone for the all-too-short stay of... Me and my fiancė stayed at willow cottage (room 1) for one night so that we could visit Leeds. We were greeted with a warm welcome and showed to the most beautifully decoreated room. We both had a great nights sleep and a top notch breakfast the next morning! Julie is a great host, really welcoming and nothing is too... More

Wow, what can I say. It was immensely comfortable, spotlessly clean and fabulous food too. The hosts Julie and Harvey were amazing, knowledgeable and very help. Great recommendations on local eateries too. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definately be returning to Willow Cottage whenever in the area. Thanks for making my stay a pleasurable one.

We need to find an excuse to come here again! Stayed Sat 11th July for a nearby family gathering at Kirkstall Festival. Owners were away but Angie checked us in and gave us some transport info for a bus. We were in the Garden Room which had its own separate entrance so was nice and private. The room was absolutely... Pillows are down as is comforter. friends had ensuite with twin beds and the bathroom was enormous. Really wide range of offerings for breakfast, including freshly cut fruit salad, cereal, yogurt, Eng breakfast. very nice hostess & two neat cats.

Wonderful place to stay, comfortable and charming. Friendly owners and their beautiful cats. Garden is a lush green private oasis with birdsong, comfortable seating and shady trees allowing views through to the sunning Yorkshire dales. Great breakfasts too. Only stayed two nights and wish it had been for longer. I left revitalised.

Willow Cottage is no ordinary place, it is secretly stashed away in Yeadon in the heart of North Yorkshire in a place you would never expect. Hidden behind beautifully maintained original 16th century traditional stone walls, with a garden to die for is a house to call a 'dream home'. Owned by a lovely, friendly couple, Julie and Harvey. A... More

We stayed for one night here on a family occasion. The owners were friendly and the Garden Room was brilliant. It was nice and cool and quiet in the middle of some very hot weather. The building is 17th Century with very thick walls set inside a walled garden. The room was elegantly modern. A little oasis in the middle... More
