After traveling through Italy and staying in a number hotels and B&Bs of varying quality, this place was just what we needed. Modern with lots of space, Internet a pool and sweeping views. The breakfast was so so, but still appreciated. I would definitely stay here again. The town, Radda in Chianti, is very cute and quaint. Le Botte di... More

Overall, not a great value for money. This hotel is one of the more expensive hotels in the region, but the property is getting old . 1) wifi reception was terrible in our room and we were only able to connect about 50% of the time. Calls to the reception about non-functional internet were responded to with a simple "I... More

The hotel has an amazing view, but I was in a room with bad pillows, bathroom very small and smelling of sewage. Breakfast poor and weak. Plus point for the friendliness of the waiters and restaurant food.

I must say the warmth of the staff (thank you Simona!) made our stay here unforgettable. Rooms were comfortable and basic but the care and service made us feel like we were staying with friends. What a wonderful place with beautiful and kind people. Definitely recommended for those who want a local intimate experience.

Myself and my partner spent 7 nights here around Easter. The location really is spectacular, up on the hillside looking into Radda. The staff were nothing but friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to say hello and help. Victoria in reception gave all the information we needed to find good restaurants or routes to towns we wanted... More

Very nicely located and nice bar. Restaurant also quite ok, but everything slightly overpriced. The 2nd water was leaking from the room above, so we had to move to a smaller and somehow neglected room without being given a major discount (20 EUR only). Wouldn't go there again.

We got back from Italy 23rd September after an amazing long weekend. We found this hotel on Trip Advisor and we couldn't have asked for more. What a place! Relaxing, charming and beautiful. We picked up a car in Pisa and drove the 2 hours to the hotel. It's not too tricky to find as long as you have the... More

This looks a very good hotel. Situated in a hill one kilometre from the village of Radda in Chianti surrounded by vineyards it should have been lovely. The reception hall is impressive and the courtyard is cool and inviting. The pool area is inviting and the pool cool and clear. The rooms are large and clean and very comfortable and... More

The hotel is ok. The rooms are nice and the beds are really comfortable. The breakfast is ok. The hotel is really expensive and for that kind of price you expect more, a lot more. The room had no view at all. The restaurant is terrible. If guests staying at this hotel and think that the food at the restaurant... More

The hotel is set in typical Tuscan countryside and about a mile from the nearest town - where there were several bars/restaurants. Not really walkable though so a car was a must have and as the only driver in our party it meant I couldn't sample much of the local wine. Rooms were very clean and all facilities were as... More
