I spent a weekend with my partner was really a fantastic experience. All staff very nice and professional. I had the pleasure of eating in the restaurant ... all delicious! I read a negative of this hotel, however, the structure, only the photos, I was impressed and I decided to go anyway .. we say that surely will come back. more

We had a pleasant enough stay at this hotel, the people at the front desk were helpful and kind BUT when we got home all three of us got "hot tub folliculitis" which is a HORRIBLE PAINFUL RASH! My Doctor said that it's because the motel doesn't empty their hot tub and clean it properly. GROSS! So, my recommendation is...... more

Great hotel. A little off the beaten path and took some time to find - almost thought we were lost several times, but we weren't...but worth the drive. We drove around a LOT and had no problems getting places once we initially found the hotel. Amazing view of Raddi in Chianti from our bedroom window. Very modern, very clean rooms.... more

The room was clean and large and basic. Alexis at the front desk did her job somewhat begrudgingly but effectively. Both the ice machine and vending machine were out of order. The smell of chlorine does permeate the halls. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were ok. We would probably not stay here again. more

Location apart, wouldn't rate this hotel as worth a visit. Main problem was staff, or the lack of them. Reception often unmanned, towels by pool left lying around overnight, and breakfast laid out in manner to involve least possible effort by employees. We rented 2 rooms at Radda Hotel without checking a review ... mistake! The hotel is absolutely not worth its 4 stars. Rooms are nice but bathrooms are (very) small - our rooms (304 & 306) didn't have a bath, instead we had a sofisticated but very small shower. Breakfast was very poor.
