I spent a week here taking a Molly Hashimoto watercolor workshop through il Chiostro. I can't believe my luck! The entire area and the grounds were gorgeous, the food, incredible, the owners so warm and welcoming. We had wonderful, huge breakfasts made by Renata, a fresh and tasty gluten free cake for me, though everyone else ate it, too...so delicious.... More

12th century monestary nestled in the hills of Tuscany, home cooked meals prepared by on site chef from fresh local produce, wine from local vinyards - it just doesn't get better than this. San Fedele was my home for one week in mid October 2010. My room, #1, was charming, with all amenities needed. The owner was a nice young man who made sure everything was perfect.
