Just got back from another 4 day stay at this wonderful venue. Staff were extemely friendly and helpful as always. Great place if you have or have not got a dog. Roxy our boxer dog loves it there due to moors being on you doorstep and also a 20 minute walk into 'dog friendly' Haworth. The train ride was also... More

Westfield lodge is the ideal place to stay to explore the beauty of the Bronte country. This is probably our tenth stay here the apartments are very comfortable, spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Penine hill is literally on the doorstep and Haworth, with restaurants and dog-friendly pubs is a half hour walk over the moor. Bronte falls and Top... More

Dogs are no problem, we do welcome well behaved dogs here, be they small or large. We do not have a stipulation as to the number you bring providing they are kept under control and I can see no justification why we should make a charge for them. It does not cost us anything. We think that we are the... More

this is the second time myself and my wife Elizabeth have visited Westfield before. Nothing is too much trouble as Claire, Robin and not forgetting Dennis make this a true home from home. Breathtaking views greeted us every morning and being Bronte country makes the place so much more special as it is steeped in so much history. We took... More

Stayed here for 2 nights. Lovely surroundings and dog friendly. We bought a living social voucher for £69 for 2 nights. When I rang to book our trip over 3 weeks in advance I was told that there were no appts left in the offer for those nights however I could stay in another for an extra £40 (which should... More

The Living Social deal went on sale in November 2014 and guests had to stay before 31st March 2015. The people who purchased vouchers in November booked within one month of purchase to stay in March, therefore on the 17th February when you rang us to book, all the apartments had been taken for the dates you requested. We can only... More

Just returned from our 3rd visit to Westfield lodge and yet again everything was fantastic. We had apartment 14 which again did not disappoint. Our German shepherd ben couldn't get enough of Penistone hill opposite the property, and he thoroughly enjoyed his hose down in the doggy bath afterwards. The place is completely doggy heaven. Thanks to claire and robin... More

We have just returned from a 2 night break at Westfield Lodge. We had a warm welcome and the apartment was cosy, comfortable and well equipped. Freddy and Hamish, the dogs, loved it and thankfully didn't need to make use of the dog washing facilities! Westfield Lodge is perfectly positioned to explore the surrounding countryside and towns. We could have... More

2 days is not long enough to explore the spectcular countryside we have on our doorstep, you must return for longer next time. I am sure your dog will love it. We are so lucky to live in what we think is one of the most beautiful parts of the UK, fortunatly a lot of our guests agree. Easter time... More

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. I read the Trip Advisor reviews before we came to Westfield, so it had a lot to live up to, but I'm glad to say it absolutely delivered! Their biggest selling point is that they're 'dog-friendly', but this isn't somewhere that tolerates your dog for an additional fee, this is somewhere that understands that dog owners want to go away... Old fashioned service is exactly what we are about at Westfield Lodge, we are what we are a dog friendly self catering establishment trying to provide old fashioned principles to ensure that our guests have the best possible stay. It does anoy me when I hear of establishments charging for dogs, there in my opinion, is no justification for this... More
