We have just returned from a fantastic two night stay at Westfield lodge! We brought our two dogs, who were made to feel just as welcome as the humans! Misty and Daisy were treated to massive bones and a goody bag each! The apartment was spotless, with no evidence of the previous canine occupants! Our car was immediately outside our... More

My fiance and I stayed here for 2 nights in the "heather" apartment which is one of the non dog friendly rooms. It was perfect for what we wanted. Quiet, brilliant views of the valley (even at the end of January). Robin and Claire were welcoming and useful when it came to picking a walk to the Bronte falls (which... More

A great review, thank you, it is rewarding when our guests enjoy their stay with us. Peace and tranquility is what the moors are all about and from where the Bronte sisters got their isparations. Sorry about the wifi, we have just had a fibre optic cable installed which we hope will solve the ptoblem When you come again with your... More

Lovely friendly place which is 100% dog friendly. Set in amazing scenery which is even more amazing I the weather is good bad or ugly. Local pubs are within 20 minute walk in the gorgeous village of Haworth, where you cant fail to find somewhere decent to eat.

We are so lucky ro live here the views as you say are amazing and we never tire looking at them. Yes we are very dog friendly and one of the few places who do not charge for dogs or limit the numbers. Haworth is a beautiful village with great history and atmosphere, it is also very dog fiendly. We had also taken advantage of some daily offer on the internet so this was a cheap weekend get away. The appartments don't look much from the outside but they have everything you need. Ours was very warm when we arrived which was a major bonus due to weather outside. We also could find no fault with the cleanliness of... More

Wi fi has been a problem for us situated in an elevated position on the moors. However at long last ( we ordered this in oct last year) BT installed a fibre optic cable today (02/02/15) and we are hoping that this solves our problem. Being situated in a green belt area the planners had definate ideas as to the... More

I was looking for a calm 'recharging my batteries after busy Christmas time' and birthdays weekend combo. We booked this through Wowcher or Groupon (I keep mixing these two) mainly coz we wanted to take our lovely dog with us (very first holiday together). Awesome! We all loved it! Highly dog friendly place- dogs are allowed in rooms (except for... More

Stayed for 2 nights with our dogs, fabulous comfortable and warm apartments, Clare and Robin very helpful. Some brilliant walks and nearly every pub welcomes dirty dogs to! Had some great meals in the Dog & Gun, and Fleece Inn (main street) We loved our stay and looking forward to return!

The whole area is very dog friendly with local pubs and cafes taking dogs. Being situated on the moors it is so easy for the dogs to run without a lead from the apartment and start running through the heather. There is so much to do lacaly, Steam Railway, Bronte Parsonage ( calabrating 200 years of Charlotte Brontes birth) plus... More

What a fabulous place. Never taken our 6 dogs away before, but after speaking to Dennis, the owner, on the phone, he assured me that we would all be welcome. The apartment was very clean comfortable and well equipped. What a credit to the cleaning staff. The view from our apartment was lovely and we were in the ideal apartment... More

Decided to try Westfield Lodge after reading reviews on Tripadvisor, especially as it was only about 2 hours drive from home. Seemed a reasonable distance to try for our new 6 month old Border Collie as a first holiday. Converted from origial farm buildings we where niot allowed to alter the external facade. Developing the buildings in the heart of the Brinte moors was very difficult and stringent restrictions where pmposed by the planners, However our development has worked and our location is appreciared by all who stay with us, Being on the moors we are perfect for walking...
