We stayed for a night, shame it wasn't longer. A lovely house with great hosts. The room was large with top quality bedding, towels etc. What a lovely find, tucked away but not far from main roads. We loved it!

Another very comfortable stay, calm, comfortable, great room and breakfast. It's a working farm with a lovely garden well away from the road. It works very well for me as a business traveller, fast wifi, quiet lounge, only a couple of rooms so very peaceful.

I recently attended a training course at Blyton race track and the classroom stuff was done at Grayingham Lodge from the dining room that my organisation booked. I wouldn't normally write a review under these circumstances but I saw and experienced enough to warrant it. Amazing grounds, very picturesque and well maintained. The hospitality was excellent and the freshly baked... More

A truly excellent and convenient place to stay for the Blyton Driving Track. The bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms are first class with comfortable large beds and everything you need, even a mini fridge with water and fresh milk provided. Thank you to Jane and Peter for looking after us and for a superb full English breakfast. I would say that... More

Just completed my second stay at Grayingham Lodge and without doubt this is the nicest B&B I've experienced - just nothing at all to fault - in fact I can't ever think I've stayed in a hotel anywhere that could match it. Where to start? Superbly comfortable rooms with crisp white linen, absolutely every comfort you could ask for -... More

Brilliant stay at Grayingham lodge the night before a trackday. Travelled up late from Guildford. Jane was extremely accomodating. Secure parking. The room was excellent, immaculately clean. It was extremely quiet and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is really good, lots of options and the full english was brilliant. I couldn't have asked for more and I thought it was... More

I am recovering from an illness and needed a break to recover and my first thought was Grayingham Lodge. Jane offers a lovely welcome in a beautiful bed and breakfast in tranquil surroundings. The breakfast was as ever sublime, using excellent local produce which was beautifully cooked and kept us going all day.

Is this the best B and B in the Uk ? It is certainly the best my husband and I have ever stayed in . We arrived on a very cold, dark evening to a wonderful warm welcome from Jane and the most stylish, comfortable accommodation ever. We enjoyed tea and cake in the sitting room to a roaring fire, then to... More

Beautiful old farm on the main road between the A15 and Blyton village. Very good rooms and beds, clean, well decorated and quiet. Nice lounge area and super breakfast. I really could not fault it in any way.
