We had an excellent stay in this beautiful property. Our chalet was luxurious and the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. The cocktails were superb! We had a private barbecue on the observation platform under the stars which was unforgettable.

This hotel was the perfect balance of luxury and the wild. The plunge pool was surrounded by tree tops and really cool. We would go back into the room and the entire deck would be surrounded by monkeys. They were so friendly and we fed them fruit. Just from the room we saw so many animals. And the room! The... More

Definitely one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. Stunning location, beautiful gardens and ideal location for cultural highlights eg Sigiriya. Staff excellent - especially Sumaratna who was very polite, charming and attentive. Thank you Sumaratna! I definitely recommend this place - superb!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days / 3 nights August 21-24, 2014 . We used it as a home base as visited the Cultural Triangle. Rooms: We were in Chalet #6. There are only 20 chalets on the property. Very nice room, clean and well appointed with its own plunge pool. Tip - Chalet #7 next door... More

This is an exceptional place, built around an old mansion in the middle of a nature park with active wildlife. The single chalets are wonderful - they provide privateness and luxury as well as great views into the nature around them. The nature walk makes you see wild birds and animals easily. The staff is outstanding and extremely friendly. One... More

My family and I visited this unbelievable resort August 3-5th. The layout of this vast resort is amazing. My children loved the tree swing and the hammock in the front lawn and they spent many of hours there. They also enjoyed horseback riding. The staff was really friendly. One employee by the name Manik was so caring to my children. She... More

We toured Sri Lanka over a period of two weeks and this was one of the highlight of our stay. Beautifully designed, discretely situated chalets are dotted about the estate and each has its own terrace, plunge pool and bicycles for touring, but for those who don't want to exert themselves there are smart little buggies on call. Peacocks, chipmunks... More

This is an amazing resort, blending the relaxed and friendly service that can be found throughout Sri Lanka with world class comfort and style. It is within the cultural triangle but make sure you build plenty of time to relax at the hotel and enjoy what it offers. The resort has 21 or so individual chalets - we were in... More

By Far the best hotel experience I have had. The Location is serene and secluded perfect for couples. Accommodation in chalets with private pools, four poster beds and private terrace. The service was world class and every staff member was friendly and efficient. The food was also star class and well presented. Overall an impressive resort and would recommend to... More
