The hotel itself is beautiful. The park in the back is huge with lots of trees. Very relaxing environment. The staff are great. Even though they do not speak English well, they do their best to accommodate all our requests. We purchased some post cards at the front desk, and wanted to send them out overseas. They offered to send... More

Very nicely refurbished hotel close to Bielsko Biala. If you are planning a business trip, it is worth visiting, definitely better than most of Bielsko Biala hotels. Cuisine might be though more international. It is rather local and from my perspective rather far from European standard. A good place for a presentation or a corporate gathering.

Great room, very good service, luxurious suite. Attended New Years Eve Ball which was good fun in ballroom castle atmosphere. Great fireworks and good effort from staff in ensuring everyone had a good time. Only criticism would be that the meals in the main restaurant did not always live up to the expectation.

This hotel is a beautiful place, just off the main road, about 20 km from Auschwitz. I was there with a group of about 10 people, and the desk and restaurant staff could not have been been nicer, more helpful and attentive.

Everything is new in this reconstructed castle, but also of premium quality. Rooms are spacy and there is a selection of two restaurants in the hotel. A good breakfast gives you sufficient power to explore another castle in the surrounding, the Beskide-Mountains or other attractions. The location is optimal situated in regard to street no. 86.

We left Prague and were heading to visit Auschwitz on the way to Krakow. We were just looking for a spot along the way to spend the night. We were traveling around Europe for two weeks and trying to stay at affordable hotels. When the "Palac" popped up in our price range, we couldn't resist. It was a last minute... More

We arrived late after the bar was closed, but the woman at the front desk brought tea to our rooms when we asked. The hotel is a Palace, the room was beautifully redone, breakfast in the grand dining room was a treat. We intend to return soon. We fly into Krakow and I really wanted to see the Tatra Car... More

Beautifly located and nicely restorated building, very close to the main road but still very coisy. Nice room, with very good wifi service. Dogs are welocmed, no problems at all. Nice park at the back side of the builiding and 2 different restaurants available at the place. Breakfast various and satisfactory, nice coffee if yu like good latte. Staff welcoming... More

On my way from southern Poland to the Baltic I had to stay over night. By pure luck I found this extra ordinary hotel. As the price was very reasonable, I choose the luxury room with single occupancy. Having travelled in several parts of the world over the last 40 years I have very rarely found a place to match...
