Booked at last minute and the only thing that was ok was price. I know you get what you pay for but booking through an established website I expected a certain standard. Happy with basic but this was dirty, stained and just awful Starting with no wifi info and only one stained blanket I went in search of another blanket... More

Awful is better than this place deserves. My friend who paid had his credit card cloned from this reception!! Numerous stains on bed clothes, dark damp corridors, very poorly decorated, broken furniture, tv not working, random items in room......could go on but you get the point..DO NOT STAY HERE.....the only thing that is good is the actual building which has... I had a 1 night stay and found the room basic but comfortable. The pillows were thin and the bed base had seen better days but it was comfortable. The bathroom was refurbished and fine. The TV had an annoying problem. It kept muting on most channels and the only way to sort it was turn it off for 5... More

No service! Nobody around, wasn't greeted! Ordered champagne on arrival and still waiting on that now! The odour was awful! Shower hanging off the wall! Definitely wouldn't stay here again! Infact I'd pay not to stay there!

We stayed for one night. It was basically a place to lay our heads after a wedding in Leeds city centre. The building itself is lovely, the interior could do with a bit of a makeover. Our room was very basic, there were parts of the wallpaper stuck down with sellotape! But I wouldn't want to take that away from... More

I booked a stay here without having read any reviews, had I have done then I probably wouldn't have booked it, however... On arrival I was greeted at the reception and directed to my room, and informed of the local places to eat within walking distance (a Toby Carvery, an Indian restaurant and a fish and chips restaurant. The room... More

I paid £70 for two nights here. It's slightly out of town but offers free parking. The room is spacious and clean (although the carpets are stained) - the place is a bit tired overall and could benefit from a bit of refurbishing. Staff fine. But it's just too expensive for what it is. Breakfast is not included in the... More

Stayed for a week to do with work. Was on own, felt safe. Nice lads on reception; helpful, friendly, unobstrusive. On a bus route to Leeds and a 15 min walk into Morley. Clean, some maintenance issues, none breach health and safety. Basic, but reflects the costs. Quirky, will make a change for those tired of the blandness of mostbudget... More

Staff are incredibly rude. Room was extraordinarily tatty and the bathroom looked like a scene from an horror movie. We were thrown out before the check in time. The tv had no signal, and when we told this to the manager he said it was not his problem. We were charged forty pounds instead of the advertised thirty pounds.

We arrived at this awful place around 7.00pm Saturday 11th October and left the place at 9.30pm the same day! On arrival, we knew it was going to be a disaster.... the check in manager was rude and not helpful at all. We go to our room after a few minutes of trying to get into the room (the lock... More
