I paid £70 for two nights here. It's slightly out of town but offers free parking. The room is spacious and clean (although the carpets are stained) - the place is a bit tired overall and could benefit from a bit of refurbishing. Staff fine. But it's just too expensive for what it is. Breakfast is not included in the... More

Stayed for a week to do with work. Was on own, felt safe. Nice lads on reception; helpful, friendly, unobstrusive. On a bus route to Leeds and a 15 min walk into Morley. Clean, some maintenance issues, none breach health and safety. Basic, but reflects the costs. Quirky, will make a change for those tired of the blandness of mostbudget... More

Staff are incredibly rude. Room was extraordinarily tatty and the bathroom looked like a scene from an horror movie. We were thrown out before the check in time. The tv had no signal, and when we told this to the manager he said it was not his problem. We were charged forty pounds instead of the advertised thirty pounds.

We arrived at this awful place around 7.00pm Saturday 11th October and left the place at 9.30pm the same day! On arrival, we knew it was going to be a disaster.... the check in manager was rude and not helpful at all. We go to our room after a few minutes of trying to get into the room (the lock... More

On check in we found were the old building , looked lovely but with wires hanging down and looking like work in progress when you enter the room. On entering room we were greeted with lamps with no shades, tea kit on a plate and teabags were loose didn't taste that nice thank god for the coffee sachets. Carpet looked... More

Nice friendly hotel. Room was basic but had everything in it what you would need. Nice and clean. Staff were attentive and friendly. Our stay however came to an end at 4 am due to a group of young people who arrived with no proof of booking and the hotel had no evidence of the booking. They refused to leave... More

Arrived and checked in promptly. Staff pleasent and happy to please. Stayed in room 1. Lovely bathroom with huge shower. Lovely and clean. The room its self was fine. Bed comfy and clean. Free wifi. Only fault was the carpet was cream and could do with a clean and there was a broken window panel which had been temporary repaired.... More

After reading your reviews decided to cancel our stay here. Has taken 3 months and numerous phone calls to get my money back No luck til I mentioned my husband. Please take note of this. Very unprofessional approach by owners.

You can't complain for the money you pay. Clean room, fresh linen, towels, soap/shampoo, DTV free internet for £30 I think a bargain. Here for the grand depart, perfect for a cycle into leeds approx 30 min at most by bike. Made welcome at reception & no waiting. If ur not fussy & want a place to stay overnight or... More
