Booked for 3 nights left after one! Stayed in a garden view room on the other side to the restraunt and it was horrible. Outdated broken furniture and dirty. The shower was just a cold trickle! The rooms are not cleaned unless you request so you are stuck with the same towel, bedding and no toilet roll!! Staff are rude... More

Staff speak little English and aren't overly keen to help, but we haven't had many problems with this hotel! Rooms could be cleaner but it's worth it for the gorgeous beach front location! Doors aren't very secure so don't leave valuables in rooms!

I had stay in silver beach for 1 months last year and I decided to come back same place same rooms this year for 2 months. I stay alone with 3 little kids (2, 3 and 6 years old). Place is perfect: rooms are closer to one of the most beautiful beach in Samui (clean, full of fish, and sallow)... More

We went to Silver beach for the day as recommended by a friend, we were not disappointed by the beach, we entered the beach through Silver Sea resort so we only felt we should eat there, big mistake!! We got club sandwiches which had poor quality undercooked chicken in and tasted of fish?!? Maybe the chef doesn't wash his hands... More

The staff carried our bags to and from our room with us at check in and check out. Staff smoothed the sand on the beach every morning @ 7:30 AM then began coffee and breakfast for guests around 8 AM. I wouldn't say that the food was outstanding but I was never disappointed in it. Our beach cottage/duplex was quiet,... More

The beach looked beautiful, but lots of things underneath to cut your feet. Rooms are shabby, and some across a busy road. Food not bad. We had 9,000 baht stolen from our room as well as IPod Touch device and Visa credit card. The items were stored in safety deposit box behind front desk and only accessed them the last... More

Firstly... the good, the rooms were cleanish when we arrived (however they only bother to clean them every other day!). The beach is lovely and there are some nice restaurants down the road. The bad... The staff are awful, couldn't care less about you while you're there. English is limited but aside from that they are just plain rude. We... More

The staff are so not pleasant, the prices are high, the food is not good, and they are trying to charge you for things you didnt order. Didnt see anyplace as worst all over Thailand. They argue with you like you are trying to cheat them, while they are cheating you. Never go there

Needed to talk to my wife on the phone, as they don't provide phones in rooms, I asked to be called at the reception. After a 10 minute phone call, the boss said it couldn't happen again as her only line is busy and potential clients might be calling for bookings. They only clean the rooms every other day, and... We had not stayed in resort. Just visited restaurant couple times. I can`t understand how it is possible to have such nice view, popular beach and so terrible everything else. The staff is really unpleasant. Always. They also raised prices in menu, but food quality is average. I remember when we were in this restaurant, ordered few drinks (i think... More
