We stay for 4 nights from the 29th September in room 5110 on the 5th floor. From check-in this hotel exceeded our expectations. Justin checked us in and his service was exceptional. He put us in the best room he could within the category we had paid for (garden view – but we actually got to see the ocean!) The... More

After 10 nights in Kona and a night in the Volcano National Park, we did three night here and wish we would have stayed longer. The view from our room was better than we expected. This was good value for the dollar. Great pool area and was never crowded. I like the idea the pool is open 24/7 and doesn't... More

My husband and I came here for a week-long vacation. Check-in was easy, the room was fine (although I don't believe the hair dryer was there the first day) and I liked having the choice of different pools (along with more than 1 hot tub) and the beach. We ate in the restaurant and the food was good. I wish... More

Hotel is really nice with beautiful location. Room is cozy and spacious with little safe and really comfortable beds. Pools are nice, the most beautiful is whirlpool. Hotel beach is wonderful. You can dive there, it's worth it. Staff is kind.

We would never be able to use enough kind words about the wonderful hotel staff that made our stay unforgettable, and left us willing to spend the rest of our lives in Hawaii. Although the hotel is old, you would not say that after staying at it. They have really done a great job keeping it up to date. Thank... More

The hotel is built in a nice location, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms are average for a resort, beds comfortable, and public areas are very nice. The staff need tone better trained to welcome guests and make them feel like they are wanted. No lei welcome or departure, like we got at the three other resorts on this vacation.... More

My wife and I decided to escape the NW rain for a little R&R in Hawaii. We couldn't have picked a better place. I had based the choice on trip advisor previous reviews and was not disappointed. The room itself was fairly basic but was clean and had all the basic amenities. Each room has a nice little balcony as... More

My friends and I spent 5 nights at the Marriott and loved it! The pools were great, with an infinity pool and waterside, pools open 24 hours which is very rare. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly, special mention to the bar staff and concierge/tour desk staff. Rooms were spacious enough. Was great to have a private beach (where... More

This isn't my first trip to this island, and with any luck won't be my last. This was my second time staying at this hotel. I love it as much, if not more, than I did before. Great location, beautiful property, amazing people, great luau, perfect food and drinks, and we'll appointed rooms. We were taken care of at every... More

One of the few hotels in the area with its own beachfront, not on the lagoon. Our oceanfront room was huge, could have housed an entire family. Large bathroom, roomy closet, standard balcony with an unobstructed view of the sunset. All areas clean and well-maintained. It is a long walk from the oceanfront rooms to the elevators, may be a...
