Stayed for two days only-thank goodness! Waited over 30mins to check-in after travelling almost 24 hours of travel...not the way to make an impression. The person at the registration desk just left ..never to be seen again. Bathroom tiles had stains and ?mildew. The refrigerator either did not work or did not fit into the cabinet. They were quick to... More

We stayed at this resort for 5 days. The location is great - right next to the beach. Loved the breakfast buffet every morning. Very close to shops if you'd like to do your own groceries. The pools are perfect for relaxation. The lobby is another excellent place to hangout with blue ocean views. Overall, loved the experience. Will definitely... More

We loved this place. It has something for everyone. It has the beach, the pool with a waterslide, the luau, etc. The kids loved the slide. We loved the hot tube and the sunsets. This is a great spot for everyone.

Good location for a hotel. The service and amenities are in line with a hotel of this caliber. The pools are fantastic. If you walk south on the beach from the hotel you will find one of the best beaches on the island. It will be virtually empty and it is absolutely pristine with turtles and an abundance of sea... Just back from 6 days at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott on the Big Island. It is the worst Marriott I've stayed at. Just to name a few details: Housekeeping was unprofessional. No replacement of toilet paper of tissues. No washcloths unless I asked for them daily. Fewer towels each day. The rubber shower mat was not lifted out of the... More

We stayed here for six wonderful nights. Due to my husband's Marriott status we were upgraded to a larger pool/ocean view room. At first the room was very hot because someone had turned the air vents up to the ceiling. After we figured that out and adjusted them to our taste, the room became a very comfortable temperature. The room... More

The location on A-bay was wonderful if you are looking for a beach-front hotel. We found that all beaches on Hawaii have their own unique properties, so though we spend some time on this beach, we also went to many others and explored the island. In retrospect, paying the permium to be on the beach might not have been worth... More

This is a nice property with very helpful staff. One of the key attractions is the network of pools, which are great for the families. Since it was just my husband and myself, we really weren't too interested in the pool, but we did swim a tad by the beach, which is not very long. I'm not too sure about... More

We had a great honeymoon at this resort. The location was great for watching sunsets from our balcony in privacy. The food was decent, but overpriced as expected. There are two grocery stores within walking distance at the shopping center. We would definitely spend another vacation here if we find ourselves in Hawaii again.

Rented a cabana King with ocean front on second floor, a Mountain ocean view and a Ocean view for family members. Very beautiful room. The cabana was beautiful. View of the beach and fish ponds. Service is good but not excellent. Breakfast is okay. Dinner seafood buffet with prime rib was good for the price. Service at the pool was... More
