I cannot "praise" this B& B enough.....It was clean, bright, tastefully decorated and so very comfortable WITH fresh sea air! The breakfast was delicious and generous. Our hostess, Martine was friendly and kind with great suggestions that enhanced an already perfect stay.

We spent a 3 nights here with the family and enjoyed relaxing days in a well designed, cosy, high quality room. The owner is a lovely lady ensuring a warm welcome. The room is great for a family with smaller kids (ours are 5 and 8). We slept in the large king size bed and the kids in a French... More

We stayed in this B&B on a recent cycle trip along the North Sea Cycle Path. We couldn't have asked to stay anywhere more comfortable, welcoming and attractive at the end of a day's cycling. The rooms were very well apportioned and the property is situated close to the sea. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. Best of all... More

I went to this place together with my girlfriend. The villa is located few steps from north sea. The rooms are fantastic and I believe they are sound proof. There is a big bathroom in the room in which there is a bathtub and a douche. The room has a nice view to the sea. The beds are very comfortable... More

I booked Villa Nieuwland because of a business trip. From the moment I investigated it I was anxiously looking forward to staying there! The villa has been beautifully restored to its old glory. At one time, the villa was a youth hostel and then a place for asylum seekers. There are a total of three rooms. Each has its own... More

I've been travelling around europe and the UK for nearly two months now and this was by far the best place i've stayed. The rooms were excellent with a big bathroom and a kitchen if you need it. The hosts were brilliant and went out of their way to make me feel at home. I'd recommend the Villa Nieuwland to... More

In the upper north of the Netherlands you will find a hidden gem called B&B Villa Nieuwland, restored by the owners Martine and Edwin. You will feel like the most privileged person on earth staying here. Spacious rooms with seperate bathrooms, the Wadden Sea as you backyard, you simply cannot ask for more. The B&B itself is marvellous. The rooms... More
