We stayed for one night on our way to Calais and the ferry home. It is a beautiful place in a glorious setting. The accommodation very clean and comfortable and the host charming and helpful. Would love to stay again for longer next time.

After a long day driving, we decided to stay in France for the night before crossing the Channel and called to see if we could stay as a last minute decision. We were made extremely welcome, the room was spotless and tastefully decorated. The breakfast is fresh and gorgeous. I know we will come back.

We chose to travel to France for a trip for enjoyment, purchase of french products and some lighting for our planned extension in the UK. Beatrice was prompt in response and we felt the location right for us - right in between Calais and Dunkirk and secure and not parked on a street in a town. How right we were to choose this location. I have to say it was hidden in so much as Beatrice was kind enough to come and find us as we struggled with our UK satnav. we were minutes away and B. welcomed us to her abode. Accom was lovely. Spacious for our time spent with an upstairs with coffee and a settee to relax. Small Fridge which we filled with our supermarket purchases - thanks B ! Superb accom. lovely shower and double sinks although we managed with one! Brekkies were great with countless breads, croissants HM jams and HM apple tarts, Fruits. I did request hot milk as the coffee (although good) went cool very quickly. Beatrice was great with any info we needed re markets etc. and greeted us every morning with a lovely hands shake - french style. I am more than happy to recommend her accommodation and hospitality.…

It has to be said that I do love my friend which is good really as we were given the Romantic Chambre. What does that mean? Lots of lovely furnishings and a mezzanine with nespresso machine for a little midnight Espresso😄. In fact this is a lovely room for friends as there is a terrifically comfortable sofa bed upstairs by the little mini bar. This is reasonably priced (even having a full sized bottle of champagne - well why not it is France after all) with a couple of small bottles of free water also. Remember if you like tea etc you need to bring your own and milk and some cups as the ones here are espresso size.😊 The rooms are immaculately clean with wonderful bed linen. The host Beatrice is charm personified. 😎Breakfast which is included is served in the main house at a large farmhouse table with other guests. You must try her home made apple cakes- they are to die for. 👍The goats cheese was the least pungent I've ever smelled which led to me even eating some. 👌You're given a basket of breads, yoghurts, fruit, cheese, jams and even a fried egg from her chickens, tea, coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. I defy anyone to leave her table feeling hungry. All in all super impressed with both the quality of the accommodation, the catering and the hospitality. We will be recommending this fabulous place to all who make it across the channel. Worth noting is it's only 17 minutes by car from Calais and off a track from a tarmac road. The outlook is open fields. There is also plenty of parking. …

Great overnight stop before using the channel tunnel. Lovely B&B with newly created rooms separate to the main house that are very well done and equipped. The owner, Beatrice, was very helpful in every way and speaks a good amount of English which is much better than my small amount of French! We will certainly be staying here again.

Nice farmhouse accommodations in a modern block of large rooms with lofts. Very helpful owner, who met and exceeded all expectations. Couldn't look for a nicer place to stay so near to the tunnel. Great breakfast, probably due to the chickens roaming around the property.

This little gem was perfect as we were not keen on staying in Calais centre. Only 13 minute drive on to Calais in the morning. We loved staying here! The hosts were brilliant, very welcoming and made us feel at home straight away. We had also requested a particular room, and they accommodated our request. (Really advise the Romantique room! So pretty!!) Also highly recommend the breakfast...a fried egg from their own chickens! We will definitely be back to stay next time we're having a trip to northern France!

This was great. We really could not fault it. Very peaceful and so stylish. We loved it it was better htan a 5 star hotel because was so easy, relaxing but with everything you need and mrre. Beartice was very friendly and the breakfast was perfect with freshly sqeezed orange juice, eggs from the hens, goats cheese fom the goat next door, and apple tarts cooked that morning in a beautiful setting. Was a bonus to have water and a proper coffee machine in the room. The shower and bathroom were a great size. All in all it was perfect.
