We stayed for 4 nights, the staff were great and super friendly, as was the owner, who treated us like guests in his own home. Spacious rooms, and living areas, semi private pools, the room decor was unique and very much to my liking, i believe all the rooms are different. Good value for money. It's 20 mins out of... More

I stayed 4 nights at this beautiful Tembi village boutique hotel. What a stunning birthday gift it was! The hotel has owner Warwick Purser's signature design flair everywhere - a real home away from home. But the lasting memory I suspect will be the overwhelmingly friendly & helpful staff - and the welcoming village people. It was a privilege to... More

We booked this hotel on the recommendation of a friend and will be going back to him for other holiday suggestion on the back of this one. As mentioned previously, it is located about 20 minutes from the centre of Jogja and about 45 minutes from the airport. We loved everything about it; the rooms were nicely furnished, each with... If you want to experience staying in the beautiful Yogja traditional house this is the one. It has beautiful grounds, good attentive staff, great ambiance, Delicious food and wine. It consists of clusters of suites, villa like with its own pool and outdoor sitting area. We love every minute of it. Highly recommended it! We had a traditional massage Lady... More

Hotel is very dominated by the traditional atmosphere. The atmosphere are very homey, where we are allowed to live like in the village with themed building of traditional Java architecture complete with Joglo. The room are very spacious, breakfast on the edge of the rice fields, the existence of a mini river in front of the room, pigeons and peacocks... More

What a delightful peaceful and beautiful hotel! Every room is different, yet all are spacious and have original art as does the whole hotel. The overall aesthetic is just stunning!! Lots of spacious seating areas throughout the property, gorgeous spring water pools and a fabulously stocked library. Add to this a staff which is super friendly, super helpful, and super... More

This place is beautiful. You're situated in the middle of a peaceful rural village about 20 minutes from the main city. The rooms are big, the indoor/outdoor bathroom is great, the property and surrounding area is beautiful and the workers are very friendly. Some things that bothered me: my room may be next to some employee room because I was... More

I strongly recommend d'Omah Yogya - the setting is fabulous, the staff are delightful and the kitchen is superb. We were there for a week recently and loved every moment! It strikes the right balance between comfort and authenticity: the design of the hotel is thoughtful and the decoration stunning. It's a really nice place to be.

I travel quite a lot and usually try to stay in better place, but D'Omah near Yogya is the best hotel we have ever booked. We spent 7 days there- beautiful surrounding among the rice fields with very clean rooms and high quality beddings. The staff is extremely helpful and smiley. I actually became friends with one on the n... More

I booked at D'Omah after seeing photos and hearing about a friend's observations from a previous stay. The hotel is an amazing combination of arts and crafts gallery, antique museum, gourmet restaurant and comfortable cocoon that has been constructed within a javanese village. From the moment I arrived it felt as if I was stepping into the village life as... More
