Tonight I been in the hotel restaurant thinking is gona be better than the buffet the hotel have and I try last night. The buffet is very low quality for a 4 start hotel and expensive and the waitress stay texting with the phones all time don't care about the customers. For this reason I decide have my dinner today... More

Had lovely break, hotel was so much nicer than expected after some of the reviews but absolutely no complaints. Food, service, accommodation all good and as so near to ferry we were able to visit lovely Gozo. Carnival in Valletta was extra bonus and people very friendly.

First impressions are by the way you are welcomed and there was no welcome. During my stay I found that they barely acknowledge you are there let alone smile. One exception was Raquel always smiled and was always friendly. If the phone rings while you are waiting for assistance the phone is answered first which is extremely rude. In K... More

We have recently returned from a long holidays at Paradise Bay Hotel. We had a bays owe room but unfortunately was noisy from fans of some sort. We were offered a few other rooms and we also looked at a suite. We opted to pay a little extra for the suite. Larger room, large flat screen tv, sofa, large king... More

We have spent three nights at the Paradise Bay Hotel. The room seems to have been recently refurbished, very spacious (three of us, one is a toddler), views are to die for even from the restaurant, cleanliness, and service with a smile from all the employees. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet style and the variety of foods was quite... More

I stayed in the beginning of March and it was quite cold. Apparently coldest winter for a long time. Night staff on duty for check in. Guy seemed confused as to what he was supposed to be doing. Hotels are obviously geared towards summer weather so it was quite cold in the room and the air conditioner sometimes blew out... More

Although this hotel looked slightly tired this did not detract from its overall comfort. The hotel is on its own at the top of the island almost next to the ferry to Gozo. The bus stop outside the hotel allowed us to access the whole island at only 6.5 euros for the whole week and with a guaranteed seat as... More

I thank you for placing your response to Tripadvisor and for your posted comments, all of our pools are with sea water as we are located on the shore line, I am sorry to hear of the chemicals in the pool being as you have said but I do assure you that the pools are automatically dosed with chlorine and... Paradise Bay was not quite what we expected. It is ok if you want to be totally cut off from everything as the hotel sits on its own at the end of the island opposite the Gozo ferry. If you want shops or restaurants you will need to travel by bus. We had booked a double room and when we... More

Yes the hotel is a little secluded as we do state but all parts of the island are accessible as we are not a large island. The initial room booked was an economy room and then the upgrade was to a standard seaview rom and these rooms are considerably larger as stated. I am pleased that you did enjoy your... More

As soon as we stepped in the hotel, no one welcomed us or was willing to help. That was the experience with most of the staff during our stay. The facilities are not well looked after. Leaks in the swimming pool and was very salty, no towels and the ones in the bathroom were ripped. The rooms are quite nice... More

I am sorry to hear that you did not find our staff welcoming as this is not normally the case. The leaks in the indoor pool is due to the contrast when condensation happens from the clear roof when the indoor pool is warm and the winter weather is cold. Pool towels are available from the reception desk. More
