We arrived at 4am and were shown to, all I could call a broom cupboard. Room 5008 you've been warned. My husband then slept in reception in protest till 10am. Man at reception not helpful at all. We were shown another room - bit bigger and over the pizzeria at the front of the hotel. We took it. Most of... more

Me and my friends are all 21 who stayed at Parque Santiago3 end of June. We stayed here because it said groups were welcome but we seemed to get singled out from the first instance we arrived! The actual apartments, complex, pool and location is excellent but the staff are fussy, pathetic and very rude! Our holidays we usually go... more

My partner and I stayed at Parque Santiago 3 for 10 nights in June and it lived up to all our expectations and more. The room was lovely, it was on a road but the resort closes at midnight and all goes peaceful very quickly. Maid changed towels and sheets regularly and are very friendly. The pool area is lovely... more

We spent a week in 2 studio apartments at Santiago 4 and had a great time, the rooms were lovely and clean, a great size for 2 people in each and with mini kitchenette (we didn't use it though) The pool is Santiago 4 was nice and never busy, no problems getting a lounger. We were also allowed to use... more

Stayed at a private let in Parque Santiago IV. Suffice to say I won't be back. It was terrible. Parque Santiago IV is a great complex (if you book with a travel agent everything will be fine) but private lets - NEVER, EVER AGAIN. I recommend you go to an apartment with a tour operator. more

stayed at parque santiago 4 and felt like we were the only English family there. The German people staying there were very rude & made us feel like we were invading their hotel.i went to the shops under PS3 and purchased a massive Union Jack towel to put on my sun lounger. That went down well. more

PS3 still as good as ever but rooms are looking a bit dated compared to other complexes. We returned 19/05/09 and be aware that there is some building work going on in the complex. Some apartments are being remodelled and it looks as though the work will be going on for some time. Not a great problem unless you have the apartment... more

We've stayed a PS3 and PS4 in the past 9 months. To be honest the best thing about this accommodation in the location, perfect. We have stayed in private let villas which have been great the only complaint I have is the pools. They look beautiful, but are so busy. You have to be out quick in the morning to... more

We spent the whole of January and February in privately owned apartments in Parque Santiago 1 (one apartment for 2 weeks and the other for 6 weeks). We spent a lot of time deciding where in Tererife to stay as we hadn't been there for many years and had never done a long stay holiday before so were rather apprehensive.... more
