We stayed in Parque Santiago II for one week in August. I have to say that it is a beautifully kept complex, - clean, tidy, safe & secure and well landscaped. The salt water pool was crystal clear and while one did have to pay for sunbeds and parasols once you had paid you were guaranteed it for the whole... More

We stayed in Parque Santiago 3, apartment 62. Upon arrival we was delighted to find out the hotel had noted my request to be put in an apartment close to the children's water park as we knew we would spend a lot of time there. We were given an apartment ground floor right on the door step of the water... More

Parque Santiago was a very good self catering accommodation, basic furniture but spotlessly clean. Cleaners attended daily, clean towels daily. Beware any one with mobility problems as lots of steps and inclines for most accommodation so request beforehand if need ground floor rooms. Everything needed was close to accommodation, shops, supermarkets, restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, rooms had plenty... More

We have just returned from a ten day holiday, staying at Parque Santiago Three. We had booked a one bedroom apartment which had a gallery bedroom for us & a sofa bed in our living area for our two boys (aged eight & seven). Upon arrival the lady at reception was really friendly & told us we had been upgraded... More

I have stayed in these apartments for a number of years both apartments and villas as I travel to Tenerife nearly twice a year for the last 9 years. Never had any problems with these apartments and the staff at the pool side bar couldn't have been any more helpful. The only down sight is the paying for the sun... More

We have just returned from a nine night holiday at Parque Santiago 1. We booked a two bedroom apartment on the ground floor (number 161). On arrival mid Friday afternoon, after travelling all night , we were shocked to see that the entrance to the apartments was all dug up as apparently gas was being installed which we were not... This has to be one of the worst hotels I have stayed in for a long time. The price for self catering in park Santiago 3 is overpriced for the old fashioned, non air conditioned rooms! Upon arrival at 4pm our rooms weren't ready so granted we were given a free complimentary drink, soft drink, coffee or tea or half... More

Stayed at Parque Santiago 1 and its ok for location but that's as far as it goes. Lay by the pool mingling with the aged retired wealthy leather handbag British who resent holiday makers but use you to rent their apartments (most have several) but are happy for you to be paying their mortgages! Children aren't allowed beach balls or... More
