You may think that the title is a little strange, but we booked this holiday thinking that there would be some activities and on site facilities. The brochure advertised “on site” Supermarket and Sport facilities. When we arrived the entrance had old concrete seats that were in need of painting and the “on site” supermarket was old not in use and needed knocking down, it looked like a disused 1960’s Butlins Camp. According to our rep the Supermarket had not been in use for two years! The Tennis Court had no net and the lock was rusty. The squash courts we smashed up and no one seemed to think that the glass needed to be removed. The bar and snack bar was on old marquee that had tape holding it together, no sign of any service but plenty of cleaning materials.

The pool area was ok, but the sun beds were chained to the floor! And there were no parasols for shade. The accommodation was ok, very basic. We were told that maid service would be 5 days out of the 7 we were there. We... more
