Just home from a weeks stay in this hotel. This is a fab hotel but I had a few issues. First when we arrived at 4:30pm we checked in and went to our room. We didn't like room and were immediately given another one 2276 which was perfect. We were very hungry and went to the snack bar and 5:05pm... More

This is a good hotel of it's type and a perfectly pleasant place to stay for a week. By 'of its type' I mean you have to accept it's a package hotel in Spain with all that entails. Comfortable, clean, mostly helpful staff. It wasn't full when we were there so not really any issues with sun loungers, shade etc... More

Although I will look back on this holiday fondly, there's just a few things that need improving. Although we requested the bed sheets to be changed, as my baby spilt food on the bed, that took 2 days before it happened, even though the stain was very visible. The cleaners aren't the best, but adequate. You have to queue for... More

Have just returned from 2 weeks all inclusive visit to this hotel. Wanted somewhere comfortable to unwind and recharge my batteries and this hotel ticked the boxes. Clean, comfortable accommodation, although mattresses a little too firm for my personal preference; well appointed public areas with lots of places to sit and relax; good selection and choices for evening entertainment and... Quite the best food I have experienced in any of the hotels that I have stayed at. We had a Junior Suite with a super kingsize and very comfortable bed. Altogether a most enjoyable holiday. We will return. Mike & Diane (Alsager, Staffordshire)

A stunning hotel, looks new or recently refurbished. Manages to look grand and intimate at the same time. An unusual configuration ...it is one of two mirror imaged hotels. Our half was All Inclusive and the other, Half Board. This created some niggles I will come to later. The facilities were shared so there was a huge pool area with... More

Theres nothing to fault about this hotel its in a good location and is kept very clean but my only downfall is the buffet. Being vegetarian makes it very hard, the only thing that frustrates me is no labels on the food! There is the odd label but a few times i picked up potato/egg dish etc to find bits... More
