We just came back from a week in Cay Beach Bungalows. My wife, 6 year old son and I. The weather was fantastic and HOT. The bungalow was very clean and functional. It was serviced 4 times. The hotel staff were fantastic. Thomson rep was very nice and more than helpful. Pool bar was superb. Nice food, good prices and... More

Just returned from Cay Beach bungalows with my family.(cookies of Devon) We had a lovely holiday where we met some really nice families& new friends.(hi to James who kept us full of giggles ) The past reviews are pretty accurate with the facts around the resort. The first thing obvious is that it is a little out of the way... More

Just back from a week's stay - and it wasn't long enough ! The room was spacious and clean - we arrived late at night so could not sort the aircon until the next day - but as all the windows had shutters we just opened them all and it was bearable. the aircon was just in the bedroom, but... More

All I can say is wow. We have just returned today from two weeks at the cay beach bungalows and have had the best holiday with the kids. We opted for self catering as our two girls are aged 7 and 8 and they can be a bit fussy. However we did pay to eat in the hotel on a... More

We have just come back from spending two weeks in gran canaria, Maspolomas staying at cay beach princess bungalows. We were two families so we had two bungalows the reception accommodated us so that we could be next to each other which was really good of them. The bungalows are everything you want and more with your own little yard... More

Bungalows great, we had a 2-bed one and it was very spacious for our family of 4. Staff lovely, especially receptionist Isabel. Head waiter and male receptionist slightly gruff, but hearts in right place. Pools good, better than description, but main pool coldish even in afternoons, so worth taking a wetsuit for children under 3. Other pools much warmer, and... More

Stayed early July for 2 weeks. Paid £800 for the 2 of us, self catering. Checked in very efficiently by Jose after a late evening arrival. Room basic, but very clean. Sheets changed three times during our 2 weeks and towels changed 4 times. The whole complex could do with a bit of a paint job, but overall I didn't... More

My cousin and I read lots of tripadvisor reviews before leaving for our holiday and we were slightly apprehensive given the number of comments about the distance from the beach, the remoteness of the hotel, the potential for cockroaches, the busy-ness of the pool...the list went on... However, when we arrived (after almost missing our stop due to indecipherable instructions... More

Arrived at 2am, the night time receptionist was rude and not very helpful, took ages to find the bunglow. The rooms are very small but clean, you have to pay extra for TV, safe, air conditioning and wifi which only works near the lobby. Upon unpacking found stuff has been stolen from the luggage. Thomson rep Jen was not very... More
