We just came back from a 2 weeks stay. We had a ground floor apt in one of the main blocks around reception. The apts are broken up into different blocks of around 30 or so each with their own pool (except for the ones around reception/bar which share 2 pools). All seem to be heated but are very deep... We had to change our 4* Tunisia holiday last minute to this or would have looked at it closer and wish I had. We got there about 9.30 and were "greeted" by a rude man that couldn't speak much English, he pointed to a map and that's it, I had to ask for water and was given a bottle with... More

we had to change our holiday from Tunisia, we were looking forward to 4* all inclusive holiday. How ever when we arrived they just pointed out our room on a map expecting us to find it, well I would of called it koala maze. It took us at least 20mins to find it and once we did, our key wouldn't... More

We went as a couple in July, came back yesterday. First of all ignore the other reviews! Staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. We stayed in zone one, the pool was small but nice. Only annoyance was the Spanish kids constantly screaming and jumping in the pool. Umbrellas are quite scarce, so get them when you can! Room was cleaned... More

All the staff are very nice, the chef needs cookery lessons, if you don't like beef or chicken then you are done for . The rooms are clean, but not cleaned every day ,they don't even make the beds, only have clean towels about every 4 days .it's a long way from anywhere, but the taxi service is very good. The hotel... We arrived back to the uk today after spending 11days at this complex. Out the three all inclusive meal times breakfast was definitely the best. Our room was in the 500's block but didn't mind the walk to the main pool near reception each day. Plenty of variety for food and drinks. Evening entertainment was repetitive but could of been...
