We spent one week family vacations in Koala Garden Suites. The hotel looks pretty good from outside and consist of several buildings surrounding swimming pools. There's a lot of plants, palm trees, playgrounds and it's really a nice place. We were located on a ground floor with easy access to garden from balcony. The room smelt like chlorine probably some... This place is pretty much what you'd expect for the (cheap) price; ok as a base but probably not somewhere you'd want to spend a lot of time. The maid service was good. Reception is adequately friendly, but nothing special. This is a big, sprawling complex with (I think) 3 pools and, as such, lacks a bit of a focal... More

Arrived here and in two minds about the place. The hotel is centred around 5 circular buildings which each have there own pool if my mind serves me correctly. Security is provided around each cluster with high fences and at times I felt as if we couldn't get out. Pools are small and no problems finding a sunbed. Good points... More

We did not book to come to the Koala Gardens, we had booked elsewhere but had to move due to the filthy and smelly conditions. We were very appreciative of the clean and fresh smelling apartments at the Koala Gardens. The maids did a very good job of keeping our apartment clean and well stocked with fresh towels and bedding.... More

Just what I wanted for the price I paid, great sized bungalows with everything I needed, pool and restaurant just outside our room. Bus service not far away, easy to use. Great staff, only downside is after all the travelling we had to wait a day and age to get checked in. Would return if the price was right 😄

Just returned from a weeks stay at this resort. Self catering bungalow clean and functional although the kitchenette was really not appropriate for self catering. Resort staff very friendly and helpful great place for kids safe and plenty to keep them occupied. Short trip to local supermarket. Taxi trip in to town 5 minutes and only 4 euros although local... We went as a last minute half term deal as a family of my husband and our 5 year, quick transfer from the airport. We had booked all inclusive for 7 nights so when we got there we expected tea as normally places don't stop serving food till 9 this wasn't the case food stopped at half 8 and we... More

We went to this complex on an all Inclusive basis from 17th February 2014 for 7 nights, it was a reasonable priced package and was a three star accomodation. we had excellent weather of 5 days solid sunshine without a cloud and the last two days had broken scattered clouds but all in all we were very lucky with the... We were excited for this holiday as it was our first all inclusive break. Upon check in, we were so far impressed with the hotel and staff on the desk. Found our room, again no issue. The issues seemed to come with the "restaurant" (far too small for the amount of guests) and the cleaning staff (who only cleaned our... More

Spent 1 week early February 2014 (before half term). Enjoyed sunny days 20+ degrees but cool evenings. Needed a jacket or sweater to sit near bar as tables are outside (although there are a couple of stand heaters). All inclusive deal but many on half board or self catering. Plenty of food, good quality and variety. Hot drinks dispensed from... More
