When we 1st got to the hotel we had a nice feeling about the place, champagne on arrival etc. The apt we had was a studio but was actually a 1 bed apt, they call a studio, so pleasantly surprised, bathroom decorated with rose petals and robes which was nice. The room had everything we needed, decor a bit dated... more

Just returned from a lovely stay at the Blue Bay Beach Club. We are members of Interval International so traded some of our points to stay here not really knowing what it was like. The hotel was much better than we expected - was greeted with champagne on arrival & rose petals in the bathroom! Sure some of the furniture... more

Stayed at Blue Bay for 1 week. The rooms are big and well equipped. The rooms are being modernised at the moment but it didnt interfere with our holiday. Staff very pleasant. Make sure u get a room above the 3rd floor as u will have a great view. more

First things first - this hotel complex is not in San Agustin - it's in the even smaller resort of Bahia Feliz. S.A is a cab ride away. That said, it's a nice enough area if a little quiet. There is a small shopping centre close by with some good places to eat and drink and Playa del Ingles is... more

I have stayed the Beach Club at least twice a year for the last 8 years and can honestly say that I love the place. I have visited with both with my wife and friends and always had a good holiday. I really can't complain about much at all. In summary: Staff are generally very good and pleasant with any... more

We booked this as a last minute deal through lets go canaries and couldn't believe the price on what was described as a 4 star resort with gym, jacuzzi, a la carte restaurant. As the previous mentioned, it is a timeshare/holiday ownership resort (RCI) but that didn't bother us as we had previously stay in a Sunterra timeshare in march... more

We found out when we arrived that the hotel was under new ownership. The hotel is now called the Blue Bay Beach Club. Location is a bit difficult to find, but as a destination resort for couples or families, it is impressive once you are there. The hotel is well appointed, with lots of stone work, marble and tile used... more

We've just got back from a week in a resort hotel in Gran Canaria. We purposefully tried to book a place that was quiet and peaceful so that we could do some reading and relax by the pool and enjoy some time together in a self-catering apartment with a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. We were promised by the travel... more
