After our recent visit to this hotel on a 7 night holiday we had a warm welcome from the hotel reception staff and the check in process was hassle free. All of the staff were excellent including the animation staff who hosted competitions everyday. I found that the food was very repetitive and very little choice for someone who wasn't... More

After 7 previous visits disappointingly the standards here have declined more than suits our preference. All inclusive is taking over and perhaps consequently waiting for waiter service in the lounge bars ,which used to be outstanding, is now the norm. Dress codes at dinner have declined dramatically, shorts and tee shirts are now tolerated. Sorry Maspalomas Princess but your direction... More

We stayed here for a week recently and had a relaxing time. The hotel is formed in a 'J' shape with sister hotel, Tabaiba Princess and in general is very clean. Staff helpful and pleasant, rooms were modern and we had lovely views over the pools from the balcony. Food was plentiful and flavoursome, meat was not great though but... More

Stayed here for a week with my wife and two youngest children and got home today. Let me say from the outset I firmly believe that expectations of a hotel and holiday are strongly influenced by how much you pay for the experience in addition to other factors; We got this week on a reasonably late deal at a decent... We stayed for a week at the end of July (a time we would usually avoid going on holiday.) Surprisingly it was nowhere near to being fully occupied, which meant there was plenty of sunbeds, and the restaurants weren't heaving. This was a very nice surprise. The room was very nice, a good size and a very nice bathroom. The... More

I have just left this hotel after a week's stay with my 11 year old daughter. We were very pleased to be dropped off here having seen some of the other hotels in maspalomas! We've had a fab week with great food and excellent pools and beach area. The rooms were spacious, with a fridge (which we didn't pay for),... More

We stayed here for two weeks and I would recommend it.food is excellent and the staff are lovely.one of the best things are the bed.most hotels we go to the beds are hard as nails and really uncomfortable but the beds here are perfect.very clean hotel and the swimming pools are spot on.

Although this is a nice hotel with good facilities overall it could be improved based on our experience of a 3-10th August 2015 visit. We had a 45 minute wait to check in with insufficient staff at reception. This is my worst experience in 40 years of travelling! This is a complex of two mirror image hotels that share facilities... Slightly oddball hotel which is one of an identical pair joined to the Tabaiba Princess and sharing facilities. They are a mirror image of each other in every way. Laid out in a 'J' shape. If like us you end up inside the curve you will have a smaller wedge shaped room sadly. Not a platinum hotel by any means.... More

Spent 10 nights there 13 - 23 July 2015. Cannot fault the hotel at all. Even the bar drinks prices are reasonable with a 5pm - 6pm 'Happy Hour' (2 for 1) including named brands. Food is very good with a wide choice available. Pool facilities are great for both adults and children. Will certainly return
