Rooms clean and spacious. Staff helpfull but dont Care a lot.Pools not Heated. Food:ok but could Be part of a mass feeding 1000 People. Noise and Amount of People at Lunch and Dinner: Too Much and far Too Many. Hotel is not Close To Beach and the ROom (133) had No View at all.

We have just come back from a one week stay here. The hotel is very clean and the food quality and variety is excellent. We had hoped for a quiet week, but the hotel was at bursting point and there were often queues at breakfast and dinner to get into the restaurant. It must be hell in peak season. We... More

Just returned from a 2 week holiday at the all inclusive Tabaiba Princess. Overall we were pleased with the hotel, excellent food, very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage space and clean, very disappointed with our room location which overlooked the sister hotel, we could not have the curtains open during our 2 week stay due... Lovely hotel and grounds, BUT Thomson didn't mention that the whole of the hotel was shared by the All Inclusive Hotel Tabaiba (First Choice) next door. Only mention was that the pools were shared. Very misleading Thomson/TUI. If you look at First Choice, they clearly state that the Tabaiba shares ALL the facilities of the Maspalomas Princess. I so agree... More

This is a very good hotel, nice location, great rooms and food, but try and get a sunbed at the pool and you will find that they all have towels on them by 9.00 am. Some people put towels on the beds and never use them, or only use them for 30mins, the selfish actions of these people spoil what... More

Just returned from our third stay at the Maspalomas Princess Hotel (half board) and will not be going back. If you are a couple (no kids) don't go here. The whole complex is now geared up to very young families of all nationalities and my goodness "children rule". Its sister hotel Tabaiba Princess which is All Inclusive but shares the... More

Ok, let's start with the positives; This is a well run hotel located in maspalomas . The hotel is about 15 mins walk to the beach..not that far and there are good cycling and walking paths to allow you to do that safely.its located in a fairly nice area. Don't bother going into playa des ingles ...decrepit place ...run down... More

We have stayed at the Bahia Princess in Tenerife and thought we would try this one for a change. We enjoyed our holiday in this hotel but would prefer the other (in Tenerife). It is a very, very large hotel, there were four floors we think, and attached to the sister hotel called the Tabiaba. I should imagine that in... More

Stayed here for new year with husband and 6 year old son Firstly the hotel is very spaced out so our room was down a very long corridor which meant unless you took everything you needed when 1st going out you really didn't want to go back and get something. The rooms were ok but as stated in previous reviews... More

Back to this hotel after 2 years.... Christmas period. This time the hotel seemed to be full of Scandinavians on all inclusive deals. Food was good, but having to pay for water when on half board is a pain. You pay for your safe, you pay for your fridge and then they want you to pay for your WiFi it's... More
