Have to pay additionally for the safe deposit box. Luckily air conditioning was not needed during our stay due to the windy weather, otherwise you should ask and most likely additionally pay at the reception for turning on the air conditioner. sometimes there was no hot water. I found the Hotel Hermes to be a perfect little 1 star hotel in the nice little beach resort town of Tossa de Mar.
