We booked this gem on advise of my sister. We wanted a few days on the beach in the north of spain before starting our tour of Spain. We stayed in the Diana over New Year. Excellent hotel with unbelievably ornate and spacious public rooms. Overall loved Tossa de Mar but not overly impressed with Hotel Diana. Hotel Diana has a fantastic location right in the center of town and just off the beach & the interior of lobby of the hotel is beautiful. However the rooms are in dire need of renovations, the hotel is very noisy and there were ants in both rooms... more

The Diana is a charming little hotel, in prime location in a pretty little seaside town. We had visited the town of Tossa a couple of years back on a day trip, and were drawn to the Diana because of its striking facade. I stayed at this hotel in May 2005 and will be returning in May 2006. I stayed in the Suite which is enormous and complete with 2 balconies. We loved our stay in Tossa and loved Hotel Diana. As far as we could see it was the best located hotel in Tossa and had old-world charm. Gorgeous old antique interios on the first floor.
