When we checked in at night, tired after a pretty intensive journey with a baby, it seemed to become a not so pleasant experience. The receptionist wanted to charge us seperately for the baby bed and explaining allthough we'd paid in advance for the whole shebang. Doing business in Vila Real de Santo Antonio and needed an hotel convenient to the town.
