Probably the worst night I have ever spent in a hotel. It isn't all their fault. I was staying in a nice hotel which unfortunately had sone water issues. I had to find a place to stay for one night and this was it. Monte Gordo was pretty much fully booked and they had a room so we grabbed it.... More

Everything is bad: the hotel is very old and needs urgent requalification if it wants the possibility of becaming a decent hotel. Breakfast is terrible, one day they served eggs with green spots, and it wasn't any exotic recipe, it was just scrambled eggs. Everything is old and dirty. Couches on reception area are very dirty, every carpet is disgusting,... More

We stayed here for two weeks in June/July 2015, having got a last. Minute deal, hence we didn't pay a great deal for our two week stay. The reception is very large with plenty of sofas to sit on, to use the free WiFi as it was not available in the rooms. My only gripe is that I feel they... More

Stayed in Hotel Navegadores for two weeks b&b. Breakfast was plentiful but a bit samey boiled eggs one day scrambled eggs the next. Room was cleaned every day and towels and sheets changed regularly. Comfy sofas in the reception area and nice sunbed area. Indoor swimming pool so I was told was freezing. My only gripe was the hair dryer... More

First, what you get with the money spent is huge in April-May! The lobby gives you that idea of space where you like to walk because it is large enough to put the baggage from all the guests!!! IMPORTANT:It is one of the most secure hotels with such a great lobby, just in case! The staff at the Reception was... More

We saw some very bad reviews about Hotel Navegadores and did not know what to expect on arrival but we were quite astound at the reception we received. The staff were all very friendly and all very helpful (Good Service) we have also found that they have started renovations. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. The food was very tasty... More

People are Nice. Room with a Nice balcony. No frigobar in The room in a hot climate. AC is noisy. No doble glass Windows; too noisy at night because of garbage disposal truck. Decor in The rooms and public spaces is amateur. Breakfast is not good and poorly organized. Again amateur.

Not a true 3 star hotel, poor presentation, lack of care and cleanliness lacking. The room carpet needs to be replaced. I had to choose between three rooms which did not smell musty and had the cleanest and best condition and still I was not satisfied carpet. It is a time not to repeat.

I thought "here we go" as I walked up to this 80's hotel. As soon as I stepped into Reception, the lady Receptionist was so welcoming and friendly. I stayed in Rom 135 and to be honest I was stunned and happily surprised! The double bed was comfy, the TV was not really needed as I was only staying one... More
