The staff is friendly (and spoke English well), the location is easy to find, and the room was clean & comfortable. My room faced the busy roundabout, which concerned me, but it wasn't loud after 10pm. Only spent one night, but it was a very good experience. More

Stayed there. to visit Alcobaca and Batalha and it was ideal. A little out of the town but a pleasant stroll in fine weather. A bit noisy as it's on a roundabout but handy for motorway. Fab croissants but awful coffee. More

I do not recommend this Hotel if you want to visit only Leiria. In this case, I recommend a more central Hotel. However, if your intention is to rent a car and travel around to other cities like Fatima, Obidos, Batalha, etc, Ibis Leiria is a fair choice. At least in Portugal, all the ibis hotels have exactly the same appearance (furniture, decoration, etc.). It is not bad, could be different, but it is a nice, comfortable and calm experience. The staff was nice. More
