Tenuta Castel Venezze was a good base for a relaxing week - the self-catering apartments are traditional and comfortable - and well equipped with a full kitchen. The grounds are peaceful, and the swimming pool is ideal for relaxing on a hot day. As a base it is easy to take excursions to Venice, Padova, and Ferrara. more

Castel Venezze is a very nice agriturismo, the immediate environment is nice but it is "an island" in a dull area (flat, maize, many poorly maintained farms+houses). We stayed 7 nights at Tenuta Castel. Had a wonderful room and half board. The Villa has a nice swimming pool and the countryside is very pretty. Dinner and breakfast was excellent. more
