nice hotel, breakfast was good. Only point of critic is that there was some weird duff smell in the hotel. Hotel is situated in the 'center' of the town, near a river. Parking is free. People are nice, had no problems.

Lovely hotel with gracious and helpful staff. We arrived late and reception was ready for us. Very helpful and graciously spoke English for us, which was not expected, but so very appreciated. She even offered to make a dinner reservation for us. We would definitely stay here again. The hallways and doors are a little funky, but we don't mind... More

Stayed here for one night en route further south. Excellent location, easy to find, right by the river. Very picturesque. Modern hotel inside, but old mill on outside. Rooms were clean and modern. We had the dinner which was good value. I wouldn't say great but ok. Service very friendly. Lovely village. Would recommend and close to Mont St Michel... More

This hotel, previously an old water mill, was in a wonderful location overlooking the La Selune river. View from our room was lovely. Evening meal and breakfast excellent. Rose de Loire 2014 was a very good bottle of wine! Receptionist Ceciliu was very welcoming and helpful and her English good. The restaurant setting overlooking the river bathed in sunshine was... The hotel is in a wonderful old mill building, it is true, and the lobby has been nicely refurbished. Some of the bathrooms have been reasonably modernized (we took 3 rooms for our family, so we saw some of the variety of the hotel) and are functional enough--but this is the type of hotel that offers no shampoo or soap,... Le Moulin is next to the medieval bridge in Ducey & our room overlooked it - with the weir beneath our window. The hotel is actually modern & has clearly been recently spruced up - effectively. It's an excellent position - enhanced by the opportunity to sit out & drink a beer on a little island in the river before... More

Being a converted mill with modern interior there is obviously the sound of flowing water everywhere. My room was above the mill race so noise was as high as it would get but I found it soothing and had no difficulty in sleeping So not suitable for anyone who is sensitive to noise and is not lulled to sleep by... Stayed one night in early June as a stopover while visiting Mont St. Michel. The Hotel is located along the river, nestled in the beautifull little village of Ducey. Day and evening staff spoke english and were incredibly nice and very helpful. Our river view room was very comfortable and offered a picture perfect view of the river and bridge.... More

We stayed here after an afternoon in Mt. St. Michell. The hotel is very attractive and right on a river with the water flowing over the old dam that made this building a Watermill in the past. We arrived on July 2 and it was hot. The rooms are not Air Conditioned and it was a little hot so our... More

An easy journey from the Western channel ports. We took a room with a view over the river and bridge, it cost just a few Euros more than a standard room but was well worth it. Comfortable room, everything worked as it should and double glazed to close off the noise of the water if it got too much. Ducey... More
