We ordered 2 rooms February 22nd 2012. According to the pictures in the catalog, this seemed ok. Upon arrival, June 16th 2012, we were allocated 2 rooms of very poor quality.
Very worn, poorly cleaned carpets. Strong mildew smell and windows that were difficult to open (poor cleaning of the window opening).
We requested to get two other rooms, but...
