Beautiful location. High standard and surprising cuisine with a wide range of great wines. The spa with sauna is modern and amazing architecture. Mirrors in the bathroom are too low in our room and no Italian coffee, maybe next time they will change this.

We mainly chose this hotel due to its high ranking in this site. The setting is wonderful, the architecture is splendid. Isolated, Located in a great park, overlooking the forest, and the surrounding small hills above the city of Spa. The room is very nice. Some candles in the fire place give a romantic and cosy touch. However, in this... More

Dear guest, Thank you for your comments that are always constructive for us. Our house is indeed located in a very quiet environment, that also means that you might hear the intern "movements" a little bit more than in a standard hotel. That also gives our charm and exclusivity. Technical problems in the room (DVD connexion for example) could have... More

We loved our stay at the Manoir. The location is stunning, perfect for relax and having top quality food. The chef is simply amazing. Would love to be back! The service in general could be improved, I think it's not at the expected standard (eg the spa personel not being available for lack of booking, not all of the waiters... More

Not often you find an old manor house that has been brought in to the 21st century so this was a pleasant surprise. Decor was modern traditional but no moth balls here! Rooms large, views fab. Spa nice for relaxation but pool was a bit cold! We had the four course dinner (which is the smallest on offer) and by... More

Absolutely impressed. I took my wife here for a date night end of March. Everything was spotless. Service was perfect. We stayed one night and wished we could stay more. SPA facility was beautiful. We went to dinner and loved the 6 course. My wife said it was the best food she had ever had. Compliments to the chef! Look... More

My husband and I experienced a 24 hour escape from Brussels to celebrate a birthday mid week. The body treatments and massage were a welcome treat, as was the beautiful hour walk in the adjacent wooded area on a lovely September afternoon. It felt like a scene from Lord of the Rings with the moss covered ground and grand trees.... More

Overall, I was treated very well here, especially the room upgrade. I couldn't ask for more in my suite which had a giant bedroom, an office area, and an enormous bathroom. Some might not like the glass enclosure for the bidet and toilette -- maybe a little too exposed for some. Otherwise, all the amenities of a luxury hotel are... More

My wife and I spent three evenings at the Manoir de Lébioles in June, 2014. I recommend the hotel. Our room was one of the Suites Manoriale – the largest of the room types. Ours was located on the second (first, for Europeans) floor of the outbuilding to the left of the entry courtyard. Access was by a very tight... More

We had booked a suite for a week. First of all, no staff was there to greet us or help us with our luggage. The suite was okay, but had terrible lighting. It was big but there was just a tiny wardrobe not nearly big enough to hang more than 3 pieces of clothing. We were traveling with our small... More

Dear guest, Thank you for providing us with your feedback which we tried to use as constructive as possible. It is our pleasure to answer your comments in detail. First of all I would like to insist on the fact that we are a small and very private hotel, that is quite different from a standard chain hotel. Our first... More

Second time for us to go! Resourcefull place but lots of tiny missing things and lackness in the staff: really unexpected for such a category of hotels!!! The owner is a graceful woman and when around staff seems to get busier ... Hopefully next time we will have more experienced, quick and helpful people ... Well surely we can find... More
